Taking You Forward Inc. - Mandaue

This is already my fourth company. I guess I’m one of those agents who are “call center hopping.” But this makes me an authority I guess in pointing out the difference of TYF over other call centers. Being an employee here revealed my other potentials and allowed me to discover other abilities. This is due to how the company really has a department (and with 3 support groups at that) to streamline the employment process. They have a team to take care of recruitment only, another team to train, and another to evaluate the quality of my outputs. Each time has guided me in pointing out how to handle my responsibilities or tasks, giving me techniques and stressing my areas of expertise. Now that I’m here at TYF, this may have to be the last of my call center hopping days.

I thank TYF for taking care of my customers. It has played a great role in the startup of my business and realized my endeavor to become an entrepreneur. I’m well at the start of my business venture and Taking You Forward’s customer support service efficiently covered the concerns and questions of my customers. This has allowed me to smoothly go through in my business meetings as I look for more investors and try to partner with other business owners. Indeed, Taking You Forward enabled me to work ON my business rather than IN it. Thank you TYF.
