For instances when the items are proven defective within 7 days from purchase, we make sure that the items are replaced in favor of our customers since it is your right to get the best quality products from EMCOR. However, if the item already took months or years before it was damaged and was with the customer's custody during the time it was damaged, all we can do is have it checked/repaired by our accredited technicians. If there are parts that has to be ordered, the item/unit is within the warranty period, as to protocol we should ordered it to the authorized supplier. We hope you understand.
