Worse than terrible
TV cable box has been going on for two months, repeated attempts to contact you have been fruitless. Since I started calling I have made over 50 calls (when actually get through only about 20% calls last over 20 minutes), spent over Ᵽ2000 in Globe and Skype costs resulting in about 16 hours of my time.......
Rate you the worst company I have dealt with in doing 45 years of international business.
Hire an IT company to fix your customer service phones and get a new manager to strain your staff to help other than actually simply apologize for their lack of training.

Bad client service if not the worst
I HAVE BEEN NAD CABLE TV RECEPTION since late March AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO contact them thru their customer service number as well as FB page but no response. Last may 14. I was told to write my concern on a piece of paper and was told I would be contacted by the technician within 3 days. Now it's already June and yet no response from them.

Outdated and very poor service.
Before, I literally had to experience 2 outages per day they are about 20-30 years behind their technology and also the crappy service? They are always busy despite being in avail.

Stupid provider
Very unreliable sometimes fast but most of the time slow. We are paying for 35mbps wifi since there are 14 people in our house. Most of the time we only get half of what we pay for. Its lucky aready if the speed reaches 25mbps. I'm very disappointed.

No service, no way to contact them.
No connection now for more than 6 hours. No response to text messages sent on number we were given. No answer when calling (wasted over 100 pesos on hold). No way to contact the company online. Feedback form on website is under construction (since 2012). Nothing in Twitter account except link to Facebook page which has no content and is inactive. Contact page on website has numbers which operator can't connect to. Is this company for real???

Our internet is very slow!
It's supposed to be faster when it's midnight right? But, no! It's so slow. I can't even play online games even if I'm the only one using the internet. You guys should fix this up.

worse than hell
Seriously I can't even call this a wifi connection. Free data is faster than this useless connection. Were paying for nothing literally. Im upset with your services. If I can just give negative stars.

Internet slow cable tv pixelating
Worst than one star everyone knows what I am writing about. To top it off, I have no cable tv at all this morning after my birthday (Feb10 ). I just paid it too just two weeks ago. Now it sez... “Purchase this program” and there is not even a number I can call, I have to drive to Jenra Mall to report again and again amd again again again again. Everyone report this bad service to 8888 DO30 complaint system at least get it logged.

crappy, shitty, worst internet service
if there is only a rating lower than 1 star then i will no doubt rate them that.
i have had been using comclark for less than a year now and i can say that it is not worth it, my phone cellular data has much better speed and much useful than theirs. i decided to have an internet connection at my house because i thought it is economical and less stressful but i was wrong because while i'm paying the monthly bill from comclark i'm also loading my phone to use my cellular data because i cannot use their very slow internet connection.

COMCLARK IS JUST PURE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Useless Service
I have a Converge/Comclark. I am paying for a 20Mbs Fibre Service.

It has never worked and I was given a temporary “Cable” connection. That service is so slow it is useless.

I was told this very unsatisfactory “work around” solution would only be in place for a few days. But it has now been in place for over 3 months.

I have been patient waiting for you to resolve your problems, but now
- I wish to terminate my service and go with a new provider.
- I require a refund for the last three months during which you have not delivered the agreed service.
