yuor services sucks big time!!!!!
I complained about your very slow internet connection. Technicians came to fix it and told us its been upgraded. It was good for a couple of days and now its back to ABNORMAL! So what did you did? Did you downgrade it..I called back your office for how many times and your phone keeps on ringing.. Nobody's picking it up..you people sucks big time and so with your internet services.. It's time to switch to another provider I know because you people is all about MONEY only...

I just would like to point out about your telephone. if you don't work on a Saturday or Sunday, kindly install a recorded message to inform the caller. I believe since you are a cable link provider, there should be a 24 hr help service. I tried calling earlier and towards the evening but it was only so frustrating because the phone was always engaged. It was really a terrible service and waste of my time.
i guess it is time to switch to another cable provider.

cablelink is the most terrible cable company. only monthly bill updated money money money so disgusting. This service is totally Rubbish!

Good Day!

This is to call your attention regarding the "no response" of your team to calls, texts and email to your customer service regarding service request. We have no cable connection since after the typhoon Glenda. All efforts have been exerted but there was no response and action up to this date. Even your customer hotline button options are not working. Please take time to review your customer relations emails and text messages.
