Tony Luna, before he became a full-fledged talent builder and entertainment consultant, first was a radio announcer along side with Mr. Eddie Ilarde. He then later became the General Manager of FAMA recording company. Among the many illustrious talents in his stable were: Anastacio Mamaril and his Orchestra (the man behind the much-lauded“Cha-cha #1),Marita Zobel, Carmen Pateña, Mercy Molina, Rick Manrique, Jr.,Cenon Lagman, The Big Three Sullivans (who later became “3 itlog” or 3 eggs), Rey Card Duet, Thelma Kennedy and Ruben Tagalog, to name just a few. And highly regarded Mr.Leo Laforteza as one among truest friends.
