I ordered this morning a box of donut. But sadly hand over without a paper bag or plastic. Delivery same as take out. You cannot give to your guest the food as is. So please. The donut is my present to the teacher of my son, so how i present it?

Want to complain d manager of Krispy Kreme of San Lazaro Julz Gomrei is not capable to handle contingency emergency to pacify customer & also not customer friendly to handle problem & just hide inside instead of coming out to face customer to compromise with distress customer

I ordered the November promo yesterday online. After placing the order I received a phone call from Krispy Kreme saying my order was placed too late to be eligible for the November promo. The caller then tried to sell me a more expensive option. Disgusted I cancelled my order I have not received a refund or notification of a refund . Order Number KK********

Here in Cag. de Oro everytime i order slush drink. the answer is not available.
one time i went back to drive thru & order slush. the usual answer maam no available right now. so i reply im hoping to order 12 cups of slush. and the crew said ah i will ask the manager.
and she return maam pwede ang 12 slush maam.
imagine these people.dishonest.
also, naka simangot ang mga crew.
these crews are not happy.
