Adobo Republic - Pasig City

ADOBO REPUBLIC is a restaurant specializing in the Philippines' famous native dish, Adobo. It was founded and launched 1998 by a family of food lovers who thought of putting up a place where people can find and eat great meals. The initial goal is to position itself as a leader and trendsetter in a market dominated by burger-centric fast food chains. Practically, all Filipino, regardless of social standing, province, or region, eat Adobo dishes. There are many ways on how to present and cook adobo. These factors made the owners decide to re-create and conceptualize Adobo Republic to better cater to its market. At present AR is now known and referred to as the "Ang Bahay ng Pambansang Paborito".
