Kimono Ken opened its first branch in Blue Wave on Diosdado Macapagal Blvd. in November 2003 to a resounding success. Serving authentic Japanese dishes, Kimono Ken enjoyed a steady following in the area – packing the restaurant especially during lunch and dinner.This encouraged the restaurant’s owners to follow through with their plans for a second branch along Tomas Morato.
