Ximex Delivery Express - Taguig City

Dapat sana "no star" to kaya lang di piede submit na walang rating.

Seller, responsive...nagpadala pa photos ng order ko while they were packing it. And in less than 48hrs, shipped na agad order ko.

Pero itong Ximex Delivery Express...it's a shameless logistics company. June 13 nu dumating order ko sa bayan nmin (Urdaneta City) pero hanggang ngayon di nadi deliver. Shame on you XDE logistics.

2days na nasa novalichec yung parcel ko hangang ngayon dipa na dedeliver mahal ng shipping fee 1k delivery express raw pero dipa na deliver tapos panay pa ang move ng estimated date delivery nakaraan 21 estimated naging 22 naging 24 ano ba yan

Isa sa pinaka worst na na experience ko online purchase ng item sabi sa trucking june 25 nasa labas na pero hangang ngayo wala parin,pagong delivey company kayao dapat

I am am American with a name that would not be found often, if at all, in the Philippines yet XIMEX delivered my expensive package to the wrong person at the wrong address and posted a picture of the delivery to a building that is not my house and NOBODY NOTICED!!! Everything was wrong with this and NOBODY NOTICED!!! Really, guys???

If there's an option to give - zero star I would probably rate ximex / xde that way! How are these ppl still in the business? this courier is ruining Lazada's reputation.

Hindi deserve ng courier na 2 ung star., i dont know why lazada still assign this courier to me after reporting it multiple time., pag hindi delayed ung item., sira or basav ung item., never na umabot toh sa estimated delivery. Unlike sa lex na nakakasunod sa estimated delivery time.

I bought a product worth 8k pesos, and it's been late from its estimated delivery date for 2 days already. Comparing to companies like LEX, this company takes 3 days to deliver in sorting center after the product was packed. While LEX mostly takes a day to arrive in the sorting center. Plus, they don't even show the address of the sorting center which never happened to me before. I bought a more expensive product in Lazada that was delivered by LEX, and they always indicate where the sorting center is. And because of some stolen packages that I heard that was under this company's responsibility, I am alarmed and suspicious of this company.

Ximex text me that there's a delivery for me. Although I didn't order anything that includes ximex delivery. I always choose J&T Express because they are reliable. And now how am I suppose to know if it's really mine even though I didn't bought anything from other sites/app aside shoppe and foodpanda? Is this a scam?

I have a Lazada delivery na estimated delivery time is July 28. Hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. Walang movement yung package since July 29. Tried contacting customer service. Walang sumasagot sa tawag, sa messenger, pati e-mails blocked. For Lazada shops, don't use this courier please.

worst delivery partner of lazada. from june 7 up until now, your reason for not picking up my order is due to out of capacity..

Supposed to be June 9 pa ung dating ng delivery ko, until today June 12, wala pa din. Upon tracking 2x nagfailed delivery due to "insufficient vehicle capacity. At first, understandable naman sya kasi nga malaki talaga, pero for the 2nd try failed pa din for same issue? Hindi ba kayo naiinform in advance if ano ang ipick up and idedeliver nyo ni Seller or Lazada? Nag order ako ng treadmill mas malaki yun pero dumating naman sya on-time. Kanino ba ako mag complain dapat? Sabi ni Seller sa Lazada daw, pero sa Lazada naman check daw tracking status, haaayy...pasa-pasa na lang ba ito?

A simple Lazada delivery. Ximex received parcel Thursday on Friday contacted recipient and said parcel would dispatched and delivered asap. On Saturday they fraudulently posted delivery confirmation complete with forged signature. Note delivery was not even attempted. On Monday recipient was contacted and given a courier name and cell number. Another messasge Tuesday that parcel would be delivered. Delivery still has not happened it is Wednesday morning. What is even more ironic is that the recipient residence is in Taguig, which is the location of their main warehouse. I browsed this site before writing my review and my experience is not unique. Maybe the company is suited for large deliveries. They apparently have overextended themselves by taking on small package delivery.

parcel should've been delivered 3 days ago, but unfortunately (up to now) there's no sign of it. it's status is still "being delivered for first attempt". the other orders which i created the same time with this parcel were already delivered to me ages ago. i really regret using xde service but i just don't have other option. the company should close. worst service ever.

Worts delivery courier kayo! GRABE!!!!Pinalitan nyo talaga ng basura yung laman ng box! Dapat hindi na kayo kinukuha ng lazada sa dami ng bad reviews nyo. Sobrang excited pa nmn yung pamangkin ko sa birthy gift nya. Inunahan nyo pang nakawin!

Ref. Tracking No. XSO********,LAZADA order said will be delivered yesterday. Please advise exactly the date and time you will deliver the package for me to schedule to receive. As I'll be leaving to the address I've use this week and will move to Mindanao. After this week, wud be difficult for me to receive the package.

Wann kommt meine Bestellung, If the order does not com today, I will not accept the order anymore, the order has beenshipped for 8 days
