merex forwarders, sabi pero nyo after 45 days marerecieve na un cargo, pero magdadalawang buwan na wala pa rin. un telepono nyo sa pampanga, kung saan sinabi na un cargo ay nasa pampanga na, tinatawa no. tinatawagan ko un tel.no. nyo at cellphone no., WALANG SUMASAGOT! VERY POOR SERVICE!. sana on your part, tinatawagan nyo un papadalhan para i-update nyo status ng delivery. Binayaran kayo sa serbisyo, kaya ayusin nyo serbisyo nyo! COMMITMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT. so disappointing...box from jeddah to negros is 45 days max..its more than 60 days..ive been calling to manila and bacolod branch to follow up..nagTUTURUAN lng..worst is ive been following up for 2 weeks no ACTION DONE...nakakabwesit na....Reply

My brother send his cargo last Oct.9,2013 but up to this date Jan.8,2013 the gargo haven't delivered yet. Yesterday Jan.7,2013 my sister and I went to their main office in Sucat and raised our concern. A certain RICO PAYAWAL told us that "nakahold daw dahil may balance sabi ko pacompute ng balance na sinasabi mo kasi di na namin matatanong ang bro namin dahil namatay na sya. Nang pinadala nya yan buhay pa sya and he told our mother na end of Dec.2013 ang pinaka late na dapat madeliver yan. This guy insisted na kailangan daw ng approval ng Saudi branch my sister then asked where the cargo was he replied andito na po kaya nga lang kailangan pa ng go signal ng saudi branch kung saan pinadala ang said cargo. So he asked my contact # told us na last night he's going to call me for the updates and til this morning i've texted this RICO PAYAWAL many times pero wala syang reply i called pero walang sumasagot my sister tried too pero wala ng sumasagot.Reply
The hell with you people of Merex Forwarders tama pala yong sinasabi ng mga nakausap namin about the service you rendered to your client. Not just TERRIBLE but FULL OF ANOMALIES at ang mga empleyado goodness from CSR to this RICO PAYAWAL punong puno ng kasinungalingan ang mga sinasabi.
I am calling the attention of all OFW's out there DON'T TRUST YOUR CARGO TO THIS MEREX COMPANY maraming kalokohan. Kung gusto nyo pong makarating ang mga padala nyo sa mga pamilya nyo dito sa pinas then DON'T CHOOSE MEREX. Such a WORST Forwarder company.

POOR SERVICE! Nagbayad ka ng tama air cargo pa sinabi na 10 days lang daw pero 18 days na ang nakalipas wala pa din bagahe.. Tatawagan mo opisina lagi busy.. So disappointing!Reply

From Riyadh to Manila it takes dated 60 days Oct 10,2013 to Dec. 10,2013 Five( 5 ) items was not found inside the baggage when it was opened, 2 pack- mark spencer .mens underwear (med. Size-6pcs/pack) ..79 SR per pack and 3 pack -mark spencer ( womens underwear.)..99sr per pack..Reply
Ive been using merex forwarding company to transport my baggage in the Philippines but I was dissamppointed that some items inside my baggage was missing.very poor service.

One star, received the goods not in good condition because the box was very wet and almost all of the contents fall down from the ground. As the sender who arrived last Nov. 29, 2013 examined the stuffs and was very disappointed and the reason why the box was wet because all bottled plastics of liquid shampoos,conditioners, detergents, etc. were broken and spilled out from their plastic containers. Even the canned goods were out labelled and even outshaped.The persons who brought this delivery were Oneng, Alfredo and Kenneth and all of them were aware of this. The driver insisted that my daughter must not do it again sending with a box instead should have be in a drum. And my daughter insisted that this is already her 3rd time in sending and why the first two were all intact.I can not upload the photos bec. they were not compatible to your system. But if you have a facebook account i can send it there.Reply

Merex Paranaque's service is very disappointing and annoying their three published telephone nos.are always busy and if you are lucky to get thru, nobody answers the phone and it will ring forever until line is cut off. My sister sent her package on October 27, 2012 from Jeddah, now its 2nd of January and she is about to go back on 5th of January still we don't know status as to where her 3 boxes are since your office tel. nos. cannot be reached and even the cel. no. Is this the kind of service you are giving to OFWs who are the main source of company's revenues? Reply
It seems that despite all the negative comments in your reviews the company does not seem to take any appropriate. It seems that the company never ready these comments.

Good morning, i'm so disappointed my mom sent us cargo through your company but up to now i didn't receive its been more than 45 days already.she sent the cargo last oct 9 and your company in Riyadh told her the cargo ship will left oct 18. today is dec. 20 were it is ...we need it for christmas. I keep calling your company phone but its always busy pls...kindly pls..do something.Reply
