2 months na! wala padin samin yung pinadala ni "Aldin Rillosa" ano ba namang klaseng serbisyo yan? Pag hindi pa dumating samin yang pinadala saming T.V until july 10 2014 irereport na po namin kayo GRABE KAYO! bakit hindi nyo ayusin yung serbisyo nyo? Reply

May 3, 2014 pa po ako nagsend ng 3 boxes from Riyadh to Nueva Ecija.Until now wala pa. 2 mos na po halos.Sobrang delayed na po sa pinangako nyong 45 days! Hindi din ako makapg-follow up sa number nyo at palaging busy.Pag sinagot nakahang naman at kinakain lang ang load ko.Please let me here feedbacks naman po.Please call me on this number 09982069556.

Lagpas na po 50days yung cargo ko galing batha going to paranaque lng up to now wala pa din. Ayusin nyo naman trabaho nyo kung ayaw nyong mawalan ng customers ang daming forwarders sa batha. lahat ng contact #s ng Merex forwarders parating busy halos maghapon akong tumatawag pero walang access. Bakit pa naglagay kayo ng contact #s na hindi naman pala pwedeng asahan? Pinadala kse ang bagahe last April 5 pa from Albaha,KSA pero hanggang ngaun wala pa rin. Andito na ang nagpadala at malap[it na ring bumalik sa Saudi. Halos 2 months na rin mulang ipadala ang bagahe. Tanong ko lang, hanggang kelan pwedeng maghintay. Tiwala pa naman sana kmi sa inyo pero anong nangyayari na sa MEREX? Pls lang paasikaso na!Reply

Tsk tsk tsk! I can only click my tongue out of disgust. Hindi naman dati ganito ang Merex. Ang ganda ng serbisyo dati dahil ilang beses na din ako nagpadala pero iba na pala ngayon. Nire-recommend ko pa naman sa mga kakilala ko tapos ako pala makakaranas ng nakakabwisit na experience. 8 tao yung nasa list na pwedeng tawagan for pick up. Pero 4 dun busy daw at yung 4 hindi makontak. Understandable kung talagang busy. Sunday ako tumawag para maisama sa air cargo ng Tuesday. Late na raw ako tumawag dahil busy na daw sila. So sabi ko, kahit yung aalis ng Thursday sir kahit doon isabay. Marami raw sila pipick-upin. So nagpapa-schedule ako kung kelan mapi-pick-up yung sa akin. Basta daw tatawagan na lang ako. Monday, ganun pa din. Nagtuturuan pa. Ibang agent na lang daw tawagan ko at busy daw sila. Reply
Tuesday, may naka-usap akong isa, busy daw siya kahit TFC ang background ng ingay pero isisingit daw nya ako kaya nag thank you pa ako. Itxt ko daw sa kanya yung address at pupuntahan nya. Hindi daw siya pwede ng gabi kaya sabi ko nman 1:30-2:30 lunch break namin. Ask ko sya kung mapupuntahan ba nya ngayon or kinabukasan. Hindi nagreply. Tapos 1:14 tumawag sa akin, nasa bahay na daw ba ako? Sabi ko, wala pa sir. Wait lang lunch ako ng maaga para makuha nyo. Pagdating ko ng bahay, tinawagan ko siya at ni-inform na nasa bahay na ako. Sige daw. 2:30pm na wala pa. So tumawag ako uli kung pipick upin nya. Sabi nya wala daw siyang gasolina. 5pm pa daw magbubukas yung gas station at kunin daw nya ng 6pm. Sige kako sir. Pagdating ng 6pm, tinawagan ko siya kung sure na kukunin nya kasi lagi ako pinag-eextend ng boss ko. Makikiusap lang akong uuwi ng maaga para makuha yung cargo ko. Sabi nya, tatawagan na lang daw nya ako. Sabi ko, sir kasi kung ngayon nyo kukunin, magpapaalam ako sa boss ko na hindi muna ako mageextend. Sabi nya, Diba sabi ko nga tatawagan kita. Tsk tsk.. siya pa galit.
Ano ba naman mga pick-up agent nyo? Lahat tamad, lahat bastos. Hindi na ako uulit sa Merex.

tinatawagan walang sumasagot,tinitxt walang nagrereply anong klase ba ito,last nato merex...anong klase kayong forwarder hindi nyo man lang inaupdate kung nasan na yung bagahe namen,sobra talaga kayong nakakainis.Reply

i am so disappointed right now....andito na ko sa pinas tapos hanggng ngayon wala pa yung pinadalako nung march 24 pa kelan yan matatanggap anu ba nmn yan nakakainis!!!!sabi nyo paparating pa lang almost 2 weeks na ko tumtwag or 3 weeks na yung mga chocolates expired na!!!Reply

So disappointing naman.. we send our cargo since march 13 2014 and ang sabi 60 days lang..eh bat 65 days na until now d parin dumating sa iloilo..pati ung sa kasamahan ko d pa rin dumating..baka makabalik na xa wala pa rin ung cargo nya.. dito sa accomodation namin we patronizing merex kasi alam namin mabilis at cgurado..bat ngayon anong nangyari???..Reply

This is my first time na magpadala ng bagahe, and my friend told me na sa Merex Forwarders ko ipadala, so naniwala ako dahil wala pa ako idea kung ano ang the best na forwarders. I sent my baggage dated March 29,2014 and my schedule of vacation is April 24, Now pabalik na ko ng Saudi di ko pa rin nakikita bagahe ko. Sinabi sa akin na 45 days lang,so expected ko magaabot kami dito sa pinas ng bagahe ko. But !!!!! until now di ko alam kung nasaan na ang bagahe ko! this is the worst forwarder! Calling all my kababayan there in Saudi Arabia, stop sending your baggage to MEREX FORWARDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Reply

Nasan n po yung cargo ko since first week ng march till now may 14 wala pa from jeddah to davao city...I need that cargo badly and urgently..wala pong sumasagot s manila sucat merex nyo...cash basis yun...Reply

gud day po!nagsend po ako ng 3 boxes dated march 18,2014,houseway bill 1180559.til ds time dpa natatanggap ang boxes,sbi ng riyadh ofis nsa manila na ng may 2,at 3 days deliver na raw sa bahay,unfortunately wala pa rin,pabalik nako ng riyadh sa friday,may 16,wla pa ring linaw kung dumating na ba,hindi pa,parating pa lang?tawag ako ng tawag sa mga phone lines na nakalagay sa resibo,walang sumasagot sa riyadh.parang awa nyo na po,pabalik na ako dko man nagamit ang balikbayan box ko,pakibigyan nman po ako ng linaw,naguguluhan na ako,malapit na mag 2 months,cash namang bjnabayaran ko yan upon pick up.Reply

The balikbayan box which my daughter from Jeddah was sending since March 6, 2014 when until now it is already 60 days we have not received yet. Is this the kind of service your giving to your customers? I have been following it up thru your forwarder here in Dumaguete (NDS) but no notice yet as to when it will be sent to them. If that is the case why continue your business when you have poor service to your customers? The contents of the balikbayan box are very important that we will receive them on time. Reply

merex forwarders, sabi pero nyo after 45 days marerecieve na un cargo, pero magdadalawang buwan na wala pa rin. un telepono nyo sa pampanga, kung saan sinabi na un cargo ay nasa pampanga na, tinatawa no. tinatawagan ko un tel.no. nyo at cellphone no., WALANG SUMASAGOT! VERY POOR SERVICE!. sana on your part, tinatawagan nyo un papadalhan para i-update nyo status ng delivery. Binayaran kayo sa serbisyo, kaya ayusin nyo serbisyo nyo! COMMITMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT. SERVICE IS SO IMPORTANT. Bigyan nyo ng halaga ang mga customers nyo.

paki ayus nman , tawagan ko ang T3 kay tulfo sa TV 5 para ma solve ang mga problema dito, sabi nyo sa jedda maximum 45 days, until now 50 days na di pa dumating yung box na pinadala sa inyo at pinag hirapan namin mga OFW..

My brother send his cargo last Oct.9,2013 but up to this date Jan.8,2013 the gargo haven't delivered yet. Yesterday Jan.7,2013 my sister and I went to their main office in Sucat and raised our concern. A certain RICO PAYAWAL told us that "nakahold daw dahil may balance sabi ko pacompute ng balance na sinasabi mo kasi di na namin matatanong ang bro namin dahil namatay na sya. Nang pinadala nya yan buhay pa sya and he told our mother na end of Dec.2013 ang pinaka late na dapat madeliver yan. This guy insisted na kailangan daw ng approval ng Saudi branch my sister then asked where the cargo was he replied andito na po kaya nga lang kailangan pa ng go signal ng saudi branch kung saan pinadala ang said cargo. So he asked my contact # told us na last night he's going to call me for the updates and til this morning i've texted this RICO PAYAWAL many times pero wala syang reply i called pero walang sumasagot my sister tried too pero wala ng sumasagot.
The hell with you people of Merex Forwarders tama pala yong sinasabi ng mga nakausap namin about the service you rendered to your client. Not just TERRIBLE but FULL OF ANOMALIES at ang mga empleyado goodness from CSR to this RICO PAYAWAL punong puno ng kasinungalingan ang mga sinasabi.
I am calling the attention of all OFW's out there DON'T TRUST YOUR CARGO TO THIS MEREX COMPANY maraming kalokohan. Kung gusto nyo pong makarating ang mga padala nyo sa mga pamilya nyo dito sa pinas then DON'T CHOOSE MEREX. Such a WORST Forwarder company.

ako po ang kumuha sa bagahe ni ka celso,ako po ang salesman dito sa taif,cguro dahil narin sa pananalita nyo,kaya dina kayo narepllyan..sa totoo lang po ang bagahe ay oct.10,kinuha at binayaran dec.22,dahil po sa kapatid,pumayag po ako na credit..com.policy hindi po yan maididiliver hanggat walang bayad..atpag ganyang katagal na kailangan mga ilang araw bago mailabas kasi natabunan na lalo pag ganyang pick season...hindi kapabayaan yan...ngayon may natitira pang bagahe rito pero di ko pa pinapadala dahil kulang pa sa bayad...gusto pa ba ninyong THE HELL PEOPLE OF MEREX pa ang magpapadala sa bagahe nyo?

POOR SERVICE! Nagbayad ka ng tama air cargo pa sinabi na 10 days lang daw pero 18 days na ang nakalipas wala pa din bagahe.. Tatawagan mo opisina lagi busy.. So disappointing!Reply

From Riyadh to Manila it takes dated 60 days Oct 10,2013 to Dec. 10,2013 Five( 5 ) items was not found inside the baggage when it was opened, 2 pack- mark spencer .mens underwear (med. Size-6pcs/pack) ..79 SR per pack and 3 pack -mark spencer ( womens underwear.)..99sr per pack..Reply
Ive been using merex forwarding company to transport my baggage in the Philippines but I was dissamppointed that some items inside my baggage was missing.very poor service.

One star, received the goods not in good condition because the box was very wet and almost all of the contents fall down from the ground. As the sender who arrived last Nov. 29, 2013 examined the stuffs and was very disappointed and the reason why the box was wet because all bottled plastics of liquid shampoos,conditioners, detergents, etc. were broken and spilled out from their plastic containers. Even the canned goods were out labelled and even outshaped.The persons who brought this delivery were Oneng, Alfredo and Kenneth and all of them were aware of this. The driver insisted that my daughter must not do it again sending with a box instead should have be in a drum. And my daughter insisted that this is already her 3rd time in sending and why the first two were all intact.I can not upload the photos bec. they were not compatible to your system. But if you have a facebook account i can send it there.Reply

Merex Paranaque's service is very disappointing and annoying their three published telephone nos.are always busy and if you are lucky to get thru, nobody answers the phone and it will ring forever until line is cut off. My sister sent her package on October 27, 2012 from Jeddah, now its 2nd of January and she is about to go back on 5th of January still we don't know status as to where her 3 boxes are since your office tel. nos. cannot be reached and even the cel. no. Is this the kind of service you are giving to OFWs who are the main source of company's revenues? Reply
It seems that despite all the negative comments in your reviews the company does not seem to take any appropriate. It seems that the company never ready these comments.

Good morning, i'm so disappointed my mom sent us cargo through your company but up to now i didn't receive its been more than 45 days already.she sent the cargo last oct 9 and your company in Riyadh told her the cargo ship will left oct 18. today is dec. 20 were it is ...we need it for christmas.
