Comments about Merex Forwarders

I am very disappointed with merex. This is not my first time to use their services for my sea cargos and I never had a problem with them previously. Unfortunately, this time, I sent an OFW box last Jan. and I was expecting it to arrive last week of Feb. but until now that I am already on vacation and scheduled to go back abroad next week, I haven't seen my box yet. I called at their office in Paranaque and it took them forever to answer the phone. I was received though after a dozen of rings and was told that they had a problem with their port and that my box is scheduled to arrive this third week of March but until now, it wasn't delivered yet. I am trying to call them again but this time, no one is answering the phone. I hope that merex would solve this problem ASAP or else they would soon join --- in the list of bankrupted/ closed companies. I would never recommend this forwarder again to my friends and might not use their services again in the near future unless they keep up with their promises..
