Any update naman po sa bagahi ko .almost 4 months na di parin natanggap Ng pamilya ko ..Sabi pa hindi Sila authorized mgbigay Ng # Ng agent nila ..☹️

I ship my item September 28 until now why it doesn’t arrive kindly update or check where it is .almost 3 months already kindly do something about it.

Hi, merex what happened, mag tataylong buwan na cargo ko wala parin? Pumangit na service nio, dati okay naman, nag padala ako cargo Jaunuary 12, nasa riyadh pa ko. Patapos na bakasyon ko dito sa pinas till now wla pa.
last update march 16 dispatch for delivery via kenosis, pero till now wla parin, last march 11 nasa sucat na. Grabe namang binababad nio mga cargo jan sa warehouse nio. Kampante pa ako ng aantay, kaso may mga gamit ako doon na gagamitin sa event, super nakaka disappoint. Wala ring nasagot sa numbers nio, emails ko wla ding sagot. Super poor po service niyo this time. I will not recommend merex to my co workers and friends kung ganyan po kayo. Di na ko uilit mag padala sa inyo.

Boxes picked up last Nov.17,2022 but until now i didn't received it and i am already in the Phil and planned to return.My grandma died and buried without receiving my pasalubong to her due to delays.Some items are expired/nearly expire and for sure the company will not shoulder it.Payment was on time but service was too poor. By sept and oct there are problems in shipping but notice to costumers were not ahead. Totally business and concern by costumers are not addressed. Parang kami pa po nakikiusap sa inyo para iupdate po kami about s boxes namin. Dugo't pawis puhunan po namin para makapagpadala lalo s panahon ng pandemya kelngan ng mga pamilya po namin kaya po kami nagpadala. We do trust you but u failed us..

No rating at all. I send my cargo last November 11 2021 until now Feb 2022 no update when and where they are planning to deliver my cargo. Poor service. Imerex no more.

If i can only rate you negative zero i will. Useless freight fowarder. Since you dont deliver and takes you so much months hopefully will not reach years for you to deliver a cargo.. will you pay a refund of the delivery cost and the box contents when your costumers give up on you?

I send my package last November 25,2021 via air cargo . It’s suppose to arrive in less than 20 days . Until now the package did not arrive and the customer service is so poor . Why the hell did I pay for air cargo if you will deliver it more than a month ??!!! Babalik na lang ako sa abroad Wala pa yung padala ko . Nakakainit kayo ng ulo . Never again in your company .!! Mga bwisit kayo!!! Pag yan May mga butas at sira , humanda kayo !!!

MAY 11 NA PICK-UP ANG CARGO DITO A RIYADH UP UNTIL NOW ALMOST 2 MONTHS NA WALA PA DIN UPDATE, TUMATAWAG AKO SA MOBILE AT LANDLINE NUMBER PROVIDED NILA SA LEAFLETS, NAKAKANGINIG NG LAMAN, MGA HINAYUPAK KAYUNG TAGA MEREX, DUGO AT PAWIS PUHUNAN NAMIN JAN MAKAIPON NG KONTING MGA PASALUBONG, ANUNG GINAGAWA NYO? MGA LECHE KAYO, BAYAD NA YAN BAGO PA TUMULAK NG JEDDAH. MGA PUTANG I.N.A. NYO PO. YAN LANG MASASABI KO. KAILANGAN MATUTUKAN NG DTI ITONG ISYU NA ITO. MAGKAISA ANG OFW COMMUNITY NA I BOYCOT SILANG MGA WALANG GINAWA KUNDI ANG MANGARTA SA MGA OFW.
