Reviews about Merex Forwarders

Merex Paranaque's service is very disappointing and annoying their three published telephone nos.are always busy and if you are lucky to get thru, nobody answers the phone and it will ring forever until line is cut off. My sister sent her package on October 27, 2012 from Jeddah, now its 2nd of January and she is about to go back on 5th of January still we don't know status as to where her 3 boxes are since your office tel. nos. cannot be reached and even the cel. no. Is this the kind of service you are giving to OFWs who are the main source of company's revenues?
It seems that despite all the negative comments in your reviews the company does not seem to take any appropriate. It seems that the company never ready these comments.

Good morning, i'm so disappointed my mom sent us cargo through your company but up to now i didn't receive its been more than 45 days already.she sent the cargo last oct 9 and your company in Riyadh told her the cargo ship will left oct 18. today is dec. 20 were it is ...we need it for christmas. I keep calling your company phone but its always busy pls...kindly pls..do something.
