foscon is made of Worldwide link as pautangan, foscon us hiring, training etc. sa nakausap ko sa luneta one fitter applies last july 2015 inabot ng nov. 2015 d pa nkasampa at napwersa na kunin papers pero d na marelease lahat kasi may utang na sya kay worlwide link, so ilan lng nakuha nya at napwersa magtrabaho sa inter island vessel, as i spoke with him ganun din daw nangyari sa kasama nyang 3rd engr. , 3rd officer oilers, aBS they fall on the web of these so called world wide link.So i deeply advise dont be fooled by the promises of these company..
