I have 1500 shares of common stocks also in 1995 when PILTEL offered IPO. I did not receive any communication or dividends from PILTEL as well. Are these stocks still of any value?

I have 300 shares of common stocks at Piltel wayback in 1995. I transferred residence and failed to notify piltel about the change in address. I did not receive ang single communication nor dividends from piltel.
What happens now to my common stocks.
