I'd like to escalate a few concerns regarding your call center staff.
1. Mark "Joseph" Cruz (67595)- apart from exhibiting bad call management (kept on giving info on unavailable items on instalment), the most bothersome part of my interaction with him was his tone - it was very condescending-it sounded as if he was talking to a 3-year old. Pizzahut management, please listen to the call - February 11, 430pm (start time). I asked for his name which he gave to me. But when I asked for his EMP# he said twice that he couldn't give it to me. So I asked for a supervisor. It took him 3 mins to get back to me only to tell me that he was just about to transfer my call, but lo and behold, I was put on hold again for close to 5 mins before the supervisor picked up. Amazing, right?
2. Lovi Dineros (supervisor)- I probed as to why agents can't give out their EMP#. Lovi initially said agents couldn't as it is personal information, but mentioned that she could give it to me since I was asking for it. When I questioned the irony of her statement, she then admitted that their agents actually COULD give their EMP# to customers, but they usually don't if they feel that they will be complained about. Don't you find that outrageous?!!
Please do something about the quality of your outsourced call center staff. They just might bring your good company down.
Hi! Good day! I'am Roma from Laguna. I'm not a valued client, nor a big person in laguna, but I hope that my concerns will be read and be address.
We arrived at one of your branches in saN pablo laguna, Pizza hut that is along rizal ave. san pablo city laguna at around 12:45pm to 1:00pm, February 2,2017. I'm with my sister and my son, we we're there to eat for our lunch. I parked my car in front of the store, not knowing that there is a new city ordinance ( according to one of your crew) that the area where I parked my car is a "no parking areA/towing area". So we eat our lunch and have a little chat, we stayed at your store for 1 hour. At around 2:00pm, we decided to leave, when we go to the car, and to my shock there is a yellow caution on the door and the left front wheel of my car is locked. I go back inside your store and ask for help, and ask why is someone locked my wheels and tied my door?!? And they tell me about the ordinance, so they tell me that there might be a number where i can contact the person incharge about the towing. So i have no choice but to contact the person and pay for the P500.00 fine, for "illegal parking".
My only concern here, is that during the time we arrive at your store nobody approach us to tell us that "mam bawal po jan", or even when we enter the store, wala man lang " mam bawal don,palipat na lang ng sasakyan" okay lang naman sa akin kung ililipat ko. I know it's not your parking area,but most of your client park in that area because your parking area is always blocked by tricycles. Yes, there is a street sign about the ordinance but you cannot recognized it immediately, well hindi po ako taga san pablo, taga liliw po ako so i'm not aware of the ordinance. Ang sa akin lang po, sana may isa man lang sa crew ninyo ang nagtanong sa mga customer sa loob kung kanino yung sasakyan sa labas, 3 table lang naman yung occupied nung oras na yun. Pangalawa, dapat po alam din ng tao ninyo yung ganong ordinansa, bago o luma man yun, lalo na may mga customer kayong pumapark din sa area na yun. Pangatlo, nung time na nagtatanong ako sa mga crew nyo, everybody ignore me, nagtitinginan lang sila and parang hindi alam kung kanino ako ipapasa para yun ang kausapin ko. Di ba meron po kayong SOP's regarding sa concerns and complaint.?!?
I not writing this para po pabayaran yung 500 na penalty ko, i hope this serve as a lesson to your people, client's appreciate a simple sympathy,that they feel that you are willing to help..But on that branch. Nothing....Sorry but thats the worst customer service i've ever experienced. there is nothing wrong in giving or extending an extra help to your clients because it is the most appreciated. Thank you.
I've been in a lot of pizza huts all over the metro, last time sunday (1-29-17) in Pizza Hut San Jose Del Monte Star Mall branch, its horrible dude! One of the waitress that is serving us is rude! No smile, improper attitude! Were dining us family, we just wanna eat. I dont know if you guys thinking were just wearing, typical clothes and kids. Pambahay or what, Wala na kaming pera agad! Pinarada ko lang ung montero sa parking lot FYI ! People dont deserve to be treated, the way that i am just calling the waitress, and she is like '' Ano yun!?'' with a question mark face like. Its not like how you treat customer in hospitality industry. A pitcher of tea takes forever being serve after a 45 mins 3 follow ups and a complain with the manager. Rice and chicken served 50 mins ! How can we supposed to eat that ? tell me ! you served the pizza's 20 mins and pasta's 25 mins. And you want us to wait 45 mins for just a piece of chicken and rice?! This is unacceptable .Manager named mike , is the only one who know how to handle things in your place guys ! Conduct proper training with your branch! Your waitresses and waiters ! A table without a ready napkin bread,knife and fork. A horrible comfort room, water squirting on the floor. Change your management! Tao lang din ako kame at nagagalit din. No complimentary bread gosh! Change your management! If you guys continue to tolerate things like this. You will lose customers!
Yesterday afternoon I phoned your business head office for help. A man identifying himself as Nep Vergavera answered the phone and proceeded to talk in a most rude and vulgar manner. The words he used are commonly referred to by their first letter by people with manners. I doubt that he is typical of your employees; however, I think that someone should talk to him soon before your business suffers. All of us need to learn something new occasionally. I guess it is his turn.

My partner and I regularly shop at Robinson's Place in Bacolod City. Over the past month we have gone to the Pizza Hut in that mall a total of 4 times to have a "Shrimp and Anchovy Pizza". On all 4 occassions we were told that our order was "not available" - hard to believe that a sea-faring island nation surrounded by ocean has "no shrimps". On another occasion the excuse was that they "had no cheese" - a pizza restaurant with no cheese? Why is it still open?
Now this continuing situation leads me to believe that either something is wrong with Pizza Hut's re-stocking procedures either as a corporation or in that particular branch so to check this out we visited the Pizza Hut in the SM Mall - guess what, lot's of cheese, lots of shrimps and good service. So the evidence suggest that the manager of your Robinson's Branch is grossly incompetent.
Yesterday's (Thursday November 24th) experience at Robinson's has provoked me beyond reason. As you can guess we visited your restaurant again at 12:45 and ordered our "Shrimp and Anchovy" pizza advertised in the table menu at 259PHP. We added bacon and a cheese stuffed crust. After two trips to check on availability the waiter (the only one on duty at 1PM ?) informed us that indeed it was available and so we placed our order. Now I must say that we also regularly frequent the Shakey's pizza in the same mall and are very familiar with a shrimp,anchovy and bacon pizza. The pizza that was given to us yesterday had only very few shrimps (complete with their shells and tails still intact) and the bacon was only present in the smallest of quantity and size. It did however have a "hint" of anchovy. However,even ignoring the quality of this particular product - which doesn't even remotely compare with the same pizza at your branch at the SM mall - the real insult came when the waiter delivered the invoice. We were charged 335PHP for a pizza advertised at 259PHP and we were charged for extra anchovies, extra shrimp and extra bacon - extra, we didn't even get "normal". When we complained about the invoice, the manager of the restaurant did not intervene but sent the waiter back with some other lame excuse about the price. I can assure you that the only "extra" we received yesterday was "extra insulting".
Now I'd like to add that as a Canadian I have visited a lot of Pizza Hut locations in Canada, the United States and Australia. The quality has always been exemplary and the service second to none. Yesterday's experience convinces me that this location in Robinson's Place (Bacolod City, Philippines) is urgently in need of new management. Moreover, I am so "pissed off" about that experience that I will never again patronize a Pizza Hut location in the Pilippines and I will go out of my way to advise all of my friends and acquaintances to avoid it as well.
Of note as well, when trying to get the factual details of this location while contacting you, I could not find this location using your "Find A Hut" option on your webpage. You must be very proud of it, to not even list it.
I want to inform you that in addition to sending this information to the Philippines franchise I am also forwarding it to the American Head Office, just in case you decide to edit it out of existance. Also, while completing this review, I was asked for a rating and was forced to assign a "TERRIBLE". Had there been anything lower I would have chosen that.
Hi, I would like to complain on your branch in SM Centerpoint. We would like your Store Manager of SM Centerpoint to be reprimanded for the following reasons: This happened on May 1, 2016 between 7:30pm- 8:30pm, the Store Manager assigned was a gay I suppose.
1. The table were not really clean and the rug that your crew is using stinks.
We tried to clean the table that we are about to use by rubbing a piece of tissue, it turned black.
2. The customer service is poor especially the STORE Manager during the shift between 7:30pm -8pm on May 1,2016. Please check.
We ordered for Meal 11 and added 4 extra chicken and 4 extra rice.
Meal 11 were served but after 4 follow ups with the different crew and the store manager, the additional order were not served yet. Then the crew finally told us that there were no more rice, a crew also went out to buy the rice.
The store Manager did not even went out to us to apologize, he did nothing to pacify the complaining customers. WHAT A LOUSY STORE MANAGER YOU HAVE IN SM CENTER POINT BRANCH.

This to report you that i don't like my experience eating at pizza hut sm pampanga, to be exact sm mexico, pampanga branch. This was my worst experience eating lunch at this branch!!! First, i and my daughter went there to reserved table for three, my daughter insist to eat lunch at pizza hut. They told me there were no available table and seats and i said we our willing to wait because my daughter like to eat at pizza hut. Then, after 15 minutes of waiting finally we had our table and seats. Wow we sat at almost 10 minutes no one assist us for the menu, we call the attension of the manager on duty that day and we ask for the menu, he gave us two menus. The on the job trainee crew get our order "how can i know she is just a trainee? she wear different uniform, polo shirt red." I order for pizza and pitcher of pepsi for me to avail the palm card, but unfortunately the crew said no available palm card. I was upset and ask the manager what they can do for me cause i really want to avail, the manager said still no available. I insist to avail and willing to wait for other day to getbthe card, i will give my contact number to tell me when i can get it. The manager said, no assurance to get the card from other day if i avail it today. What a freaking answer!!! but of course i calm myself, i don't want to ruin my day. FYI they still posted on the table suggest to avail palm card, if they don't have any card to give why don't they remove the post!!! Second, we our waiting for the order, we said to first give us water but no one assist us and after 5 minutes i call the attention again the manager, he gave us two glass of water with glass has stain and obviously it not sterilized that will cause on us stomach ache and diarrhea. OMG! I can't imagine they practice worst service!!! Third, the food was there but this is the very worst no one will give us fork and knife! How can we eat the foods we order if we don't use knife, fork and spoon!!! Again, we ask for the knife, spoon and fork after 5 minutes of waiting! Lastly, we ask for the bill out. They are fast moving give us the bill. I pay and now we still waiting 15 minutes for our change!!! What a hell!!! We ask again for the changed, i saw it was forgotten. Worst!!!! I swear i will not come back to eat to all pizza hut. NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! and I swear again, this experience i will tell to all my relative, friends, co-worker and everyone not to eat at pizza hut. I hope you will make action for this. I think all crew there need to have their seminars. Thank you!
insm dasmarinas theyre not good in services when i go there yesterday no the crew in the entrance assists us to our table and the she gi back to entrance without telling any thing and giving the menu and i wait for the other to give us the menu but in 5-10 minutes no one come in our table and we go outside the crew in the entrance just look to us and i talk to the manager to tell what happen i was disappointed so i go to other restaurant to eat
