FAILURE TO DELIVER ON TIME #PizzaCold
Hi, This is not a Good evening for us.

We would like to complaint about our experienced to your store in Muntinlupa branch along National Highway.

We order a pizza thru delivery transaction to become more convenient to us, however, the word convenient has now inconvenient!

They have failed to deliver our order on time! We are now waiting for almost 2hrs.

We also made a 2 consecutive follow up with your call center to report that our order is delayed for almost 1hr and a half and still counting. We are very disappointed since we just ordered a pizza for our visitors and yet they did not taste the pizza hut or should I say "pizza cold".
Such a waste of time for us also that we chose your product and yet you are not able to give what we need and deserve!
The most important in a food business is to satisfy your customers but you guys disappointed us.


This is a ridiculous experience. No compensation can't ease the inconvenience that your store brought to us!
They told us also that 45 minutes delivery is not guaranteed? What? They are the who promised that not us.
Very unreasonable!

Panira kayo ng celebration. 5pm alam na mali ang ADVANCED ORDER ko pero hindi ginawan ng hotline ng paraan! Tinawagan pa ako ng supervisor ninyong si Melvin. Nagfollow up ako ng 3 times. Dumating ang 9pm walang pizza! Ayusin ninyo. Hindi hinold ninyo kami ng 4 hours. Nagsara lahat ng stores. Wala kaming pizza.

dont ever placed an order online. almost two months waiting for the reversal and still no action from pizza hut. already paid thru cc but they didnt proceed with my order due to unserviceable area kindly process my reversal i really need it!!!!!

Disappointing service
Our food was delivered over an hour late (way beyond the 45min delivery time they told us) and when we called to follow up was only told by a customer service rep that there had been “technical difficulties” but that our food was on the way, but they couldn’t guarantee what time it will arrive. I hope they understand how frustrating and disappointing this is to a paying customer, getting such a vague response like that. We asked if there was any form of compensation for the late delivery and all they could offer was a complimentary Hawaiian Pizza. We ordered two pizzas already so getting a third today would be too much. Perhaps management should consider waiving delivery charges or giving discounts for late deliveries? Just please give your customers more options.

Very BAD Customer Service
- Pre-ordered and paid (credit card) pizzas and pastas for delivery today, 24 Dec 2019, at around 7:30am, for delivery at 8:30pm

- Received a call and text message from Pizza Hut customer service between 10am-10:17am informing us that delivery will be made by 5pm

- We were out and called home to ask if delivery has been made. No delivery. Sent a text message to Pizza Hut customer service at 7:33pm that delivery has not yet been made

- Trying to call Pizza Hut customer service via their mobile number at around 9:20pm while returning home Calls were being dropped

- Called Pizza Hut customer service via their landline to follow up order. Advised that they sent an email message (at 6:41pm) informing us that they cannot deliver our order and reversal of payment will be made in 15 banking days. Have read their email message at 10:10pm

I am available via voice call through my mobile number and text messaging, and Pizza Hut canceled my order via email without my knowledge and consent.

That is the Pizza Hut service we experienced this holiday season. This is how they "Make It Great."

Ordered pizzas and pasta in Yellow Cab instead. Merry Christmas, Yellow Cab!

Bad Service and Bad Quality Product-Pizza Hut SM Lucena Branch
Today around 4:33pm we decided to order take out pizza in Pizza Hut because I saw the hot deals 2Large pizza then the cashier in charge name Rose in her nameplate not even give a warm smile and friendly greeting for us,then I said to myself it's ok maybe she is tired so I don't mind.I made an order which is 2large pizza(Hawaiian and the other one is Bacon Cheeseburger)then I asked her what type of Crust they have?,again she doesnt even suggest then I asked you have Stuffed Crust,I asked if possible to the deals and she reply but in sarcastic way not really friendly,so I don't mind again it's ok.I asked her to put some extra pineapple to the one pizza I've order and make hand made pizza because I like the crust of that .so I finish my ordering she said 20 minutes delivery time for take out(no smile and hospitality)So my sister and I sitting while waiting our order 30 minutes still not ready,for me it's ok...then 45 minutes order came and I asked to her if our order is ready and she said Yes,ok we're waiting then when he took the pizza on there kitchen it's not for us,still waiting

SO DISAPPOINTED TO THE SERVICE
i just want to share our experienced ordering from your hotline . we ordered two large pan pizza, 1 hawaian and 1 pepperonni and cheese yesterday night dec3, 2017 around 10:30pm. the person who took our order was jay-r. then he gave us time 10:41pm it should be delivered to us already. but its been 11pm already yet our ordered didnt arrived on the said time. so, i ask my staff to make a follow up call. on its 3rd follow call, they said that its already on its way. we waited for it to come, yet still didnt coming. so i ask my staff to make another follow up call. paolo the one who asnwered keep asking again and again about the phone number that we gave when we orderd the pizza. its been 5 times we tried to call to your delivery hotline. it was so disaapointed and annoying, asking the same question of getting my contact number, coz its my first time i experienced this bad service from your company. our place is very close by to your pizzahut quezon ave delta branch, since were just located here at # 57 brgy south triangle timog ave quezon city. it is my birthday thats why i ordered pizza coz i have a guest who is pregnant and craving for pizza so bad. the rider guy came here at exactly 12midnight, saying that he drove and deliver pizza at munoz. before he deliver here. why he would deliver pizza at munoz if they could deliver pizza here first which is very close by to your quezon ave delta branch. it wont even take 5 mins to reach here. instead of letting your guest waited for 1hr and a half. TERRIBLE AND POOR SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER AND THE STAFF WHO TAKE OUR ORDER.

why?
1. On Oct. 14, 2017 we ordered (for delivery) around 4:30 pm, 5:30pm wala pa - 1st followup, 6:30pm wala pa - 2nd followup. atlast! it arrived around 7:00 pm.
sa sobrang gutom nmin we accept our orders.

We informed their hotline a change for P500
but the rider said that he has no change for P500.
so ang siste nanghiram pa ako sa kapitbahay para ipambayad sa kanya! (nakakahiya di ba?).
So I report the incident thru their hotline, afterwards mga 7:10 pm mindanao ave. branch called, informed me that they will give me an additional 1 box of family size pizza as complementary for my next order. sabi nila sa susunod na order, i-request sila sa hotline na sila ang magdedeliver. (fair enough?)

Nov. 04, 2017 again, I ordered (for delivery) around 4:30pm, 2 boxes of pizza sana, since my free ako 1 box, I ordered 1 box only etc. so, nag request ako sa hotline na si mindanao ave. branch ang mag dedeliver according to their instruction last Oct. 14, regarding my complementary, then, they confirmed "ok po meron".
6:00pm wala pa - 1st followup, 6:30pm wala pa - 2nd followup. the rider arrived at 6:50pm. almost 2.5 hours late.
eto na, dumating ung orders pero walang complementary na kasama. kaya ang nangyare, dahil 1box lng order nmin, meron hindi naka kain ng pizza.
and, as per rider dahil late ulit sila mag add daw ng 1 box ulit ng complementary pizza
total of 2 boxes na. ihahabol daw.
8:00 pm wala pa,
9:00 pm wala pa.
10:00 pm wala pa rin.
10:30 pm pinuntahan na namin ung branch. as per sir jasper, naibigay daw sa ibang customer ung dapat na pizza pra smin. tama ba un? we will submit a formal complain due to their BAD SERVICE!

Nakakainis ang crew, pinaghintay kami ng bonggang bongga para sa bill namin then only to find out na hindi pala nya pinrocess so nag antay ulit kami. Nakakainis.

I'm so pissed right now by the way they handle my delivery ... NOT WELL COORDINATED & SO DISSATISFACTION for my stroke patient mom need to go up & down the stair just to pick her money cause your rider named Romel Arca told her that it was not yet settle. The Abad Santos manager named Lailani Reano must confirm & validate first the transactions received before they pursue. Same with the Delivery online agent that they need to modify the details with caution. Not all customer could understand & accept this kind of negligence you guys have done. Im not opt to the money involve but with the total damage you guys did cause my mom sacrifice just to claim that products, thats supposed to be covenient on her part cause I already paid online. Whats the purpose of this app if it will just wreck the entire PIZZA HUT BRAND.. Fix & organize everything ..once & for all!!!!!

Worst pizza hut branch is located at sm manila. The crew are "dedma" to their customers. I personally served our group with water since nobody wants to pay their attention and the one at the take out counter gave us a wait sign when we called her attention and made face when i was complaining about their service. While the lady who took our additional order did not serve our order until the time we pay our bill and yet it was billed. To pay our bill, i have to go to the cashier to ask for the bill and wait there until it was available. I was also the one who brought our food to the counter for take out. I dont know if the "branch manager" was there at that time because if he or she was there.. well... i think that person is the leader of the "dedma and horrible" group. I will give that branch a minus 1 million stars!!! If you are going to enter that branch.. think twice! And mind you.. sa sobrang kapal ng mga mukha di na nahiya maglagay ng service charge e wala naman silang ginawang service. Palitan na dapat lahat ng tao dun especially the manager kasi di sya marunong magdala ng tao. I have no choice i have to rate 1 star just to send this message

This happens in Pizza hut branch near Pasig Church beside Chowking. Last Sunday, we had a Father's Day dinner with that branch. There are many people around because of the occasion at the same time it's Sunday Church day. There are many people outside the branch because of their promo. We went inside to dine in. I noticed that they are already panicking because of the many customers. It's chaotic inside! We had a hard time ordering also for the other customers. There is few staff; some of them ignore the call of the customer. We had our orders but I think the quality of the foods become low. If I didn't asked for our drinks, they will not serve it ASAP. The soup serves at the last part which should serve first and hot. There are foods in the menu that already not available but the crew didn't know. I believe that if you have good and well trained Managers, these things should not be happening or avoided. These occasions happened every year! They should review what happened at the end of the day to avoid happening it again and again. We went there also last Mother's Day but I saw it's very crowded so we end up eating in another Pizza restaurant who serves us superb and the place is not chaotic. They should pay attention to what the customer feels. This branch is the WORST that I've seen so far compare with the other branch. I hope that they make a new kind of system to eliminate this kind of situation. You will lose customer if this is not solve. As for us, we will not go back there again. The feeling was unpleasant and I hate it!

I called your hotline number 911-1111 and I ordered the Mother's Day Promo 05/14/2017 around 11:35 PM and i was given a time frame of 1 hour no guarantee that it would be within the time frame and the lady i spoke with said that it could be earlier or later than 1 hour wherein i gave my phone number so that they can update me and she also had my landline phone. Now i have been waiting almost 2 hours and no one has even bothered to call or text and i don't even know already if my order was placed or not. When i tried to call your hotline number again, it was already closed. What the hell pizza hut?! what a bad customer service you have based on the comments below and nothing has improved with your customer service at all. I was planning to cancel my order but there's no one to call now and i am stuck here waiting without any communication from pizza hut delivery people! what a mess

I ordered a box (JUST A BOX) of pizza by 7pm, you said it has no guarantee due to large amount of orders tonight. You said you'll deliver it for an hour, I said it is okay but just don't make it 2 hours since buendia branch is near from our house. It has been 3 hours already but we still haven't got the pizza. And no one has the decency to offer a compensation or to offer it free already! I believe as someone who have worked in the food service industry, you should take care of your customers. I am very disappointed because this is the 2nd time already that your delivery isn't good. I hope that your management do something about this. Thank you.

Good day Maam/Sir, I am a former team member ng pizzahut gateway under po ng ASAP agency. Nag resign napo ako last March confirm ko lang po sana kung hindi po ba talaga nag bibigay ang ASAP agency ng backpay unlike po sa ibang agency ng mga co-workers ko nakatanggap po sila ng backpay galing sa agency nila.
