Hello, I just wanted to take the time to say “Thank You”. You placed an advertisement in Cebu Classifieds that I wanted to see. It looks like it will be perfect for me.
I noticed how you listed on that site and it seems to me to violate what I call “the rules of decency”. You enter each of your advertisements two or more times at the same time. That seems like something I could not give you any trust in dealing with you.
I called a person that had an advertisement just after one of your groupings of listings. She is fantastic. She went out of her way to explain everything and answered every question I had. She even talked to the developer to expand on some of her answers. I would have never met her if you didn’t list is such a unprofessional way.
I told her how I came about to call her and she didn’t want to say anything bad about anyone else but did say what you are doing violates the rules of that advertising site. I told Kay there was no way I could trust you because what would you hide or mislead me on trying to make a sale. Kay smiled and didn’t want to pass judgment but we are both happy for what you did because I would never have met such a wonderful sale lady if it wasn’t for what you are doing.

Have seen your ads on Cebu Classifieds for the last week or so. Thought their rules were you could only enter the same ad once. Since you are breaking those rules under the honor system there is no way I can trust you for my real estate purchase. How many rules or laws will you break trying to gain a commission? Not from me you don't
