They need to be trained badly! Customer relation and product knowledge. Failed miserably.

I needed assistance to navigate their website and to ask for options regarding my plan. The person was answering stuff just to get out of the situation even if it was not true.. wasted an hour for nothing!

As SrC and PWD at time of pandemic (told to stay home), I asked my assistant to enroll me at a postpaid plan. Staff at Trinoma shop insisted my assistant to reflect only my assistant's, not my, name and cp# because Globe requires face-to-face transactions only, despite my Authorization letter and ID. When time came for paying bill, I cannot pay. My account, but not in my name? My assistant did not get instruction how the payment must be made. How can I pay my bill, without anyone going to the Trinoma shop? That was the reason why I said the account must be in my name.
