COMPANY PROFILE
Five One Five has been established as a drug testing center, October 2014. Prior to Five One Five, we have been in the business since 2009, as one of the accredited drug testing centers for the Land Transportation Office (LTO) for their mandatory drug test, accredited and recognized by the Department of Health (DOH).
We also have a Neuro-Psycho testing center / Drug testing clinic that cater to all companies that requires our services for their employment requirements, mandatory drug test, and Neuro-Psycho test.
We specialize on surprise on-site drug test, to ensure that our clients’ workplace is drug free year round.
