Justin Piñon is an award winning Mentalist who goes by the moniker “Mental Assassin”.

As a Mentalist, he can seem to read your mind and manipulate your behavior and decisions. He does not claim to possess either supernatural powers or psychic abilities. However, he can figure out what you are thinking through the use of Psychology, his expertise at body language reading, hypnosis, the power of suggestion, and stagecraft.

GMA also produced a TV special called “Mentalismo” where they featured Justin’s skills as a mentalist and followed his everyday life. The ratings were up the roof and Mentalism became a huge hit after that. Now, he also has his own radio show entitled “Going Mental on the Radio with Justin Piñon” at Radyo Uno.

An online Filipino network called Flippish.com also featured Justin and gave him a two-part special called “Mental Assassin,” where he brought mind reading to the streets of Metro Manila. Due to insistent public demand, Justin had a regular show on Flippish.com called “Going Mental,” where he went around the metro to showcase his mind reading skills to famous and respectable personalities. Justin also had his own weekly segment on TV5’s Magic Bagsik where he showcased his skills to celebrities and personalities. One of the highlights of his career is when he had a two-night live theater show in Scenema Concept Theater, Semicon Building in Marcos Highway entitled “Mentalismo”. He featured his skills as a Mentalist in a one-of-a-kind, full length, 2 hour show. It was a first in the Philippines and the people were truly in awe from the start to the end of his show. Now, he headlines in shows all around the country in different bars, restaurants and events.

Since 2010, Justin, who is also a certified hypnotherapist, has been conducting lectures about body language reading or non-verbal communication and persuasion to companies and private individuals. The main objective is to be aware of the body language of the person you are communicating with and to know if he/she is being positive or negative about your topic/idea. Most of his clients are from the sales industry. He also teaches tactics on how to turn the table around if your client is being negative about your sale/idea. He is also the creator of the “Three Hit Combo," a book that has helped a lot of people to gain instant rapport and is a huge hit, gaining results from his students. Justin conducts four types of lectures with fun activities.

First is the basic 1 hour and a half to two hour lecture entitled, “Loud and Clear: A basic Non-Verbal Communication Lecture." After attending, you will know how to read the non-verbal aspects of your clients. The reason why they move the positions of their hands, feet, legs, lips, eye brows and many more. You will also be aware if they are being negative about your topic, sale or idea before they verbally say “No." He will teach how to make the “No” inside their heads into a “YES!” He will also teach his secrets to persuasion.

Second is the advanced five-hour lecture entitled “Body Language Advantage." After attending, you will know how to spot a liar just by observing their gestures. Another is how to observe their non-verbal “Yes” or “No." Each individual is unique and has different ways to respond non-verbally, and in this session, you will learn how to see the other person’s uniqueness so that you can communicate more effectively and get your message across accurately. Every person has different perception of things and after this seminar, you will know how to see and use that to your advantage. You will even learn the different sitting positions and where to sit in order to influence people. Where you sit in relation to other people is an effective way of obtaining cooperation from them. This course also includes NLP or NeuroLinguistic Programming, which is very essential if you are into sales; the importance of Mirroring, more in persuasion, and a whole lot more.

Third is a four-day weekly intensive session entitled, “INTENSIVE Body Language Advantage." It is a 2 to 3 hour session per week or an 8-hour whole day seminar, jampacked with intensive knowledge in Body Language Reading from head to foot and beyond.

Fourth is team building and skill building activities. The goal is to improve intragroup communication, cooperation, efficiency and effectiveness in organizations, so as to encourage sustainable growth in order to create a harmonious environment through games and activities. The objective is for them to experience and realize why teamwork and intragroup cooperation are essential to effective institutions and sustainable development. They will also know the importance of shared leadership. Justin and his team will provide tools for decreasing group conflict, including conflict resolution methods and mediation techniques.
