Getaway Tours International Inc., a duly licensed Philippine travel agency is one of the pioneers of the Industry. Established in November 1979, it has acquired its accreditation as an IATA member since October 1984. In 1998, the former owners sold the agency to a group of young professionals who are all achievers in their respective fields. It is currently headed by Mr. Joel G. Silvestre who brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry.
