CBI (Compound Band Imaging) AQ-100

About the product
CBI (Compound Band Imaging) is a cutting-edge optical technique, jointly developed by AOHUA and Peking University. CBI takes full advantage of the biological characters of tissue. Because the interaction of paticular tissue structures is wavelenght dependent, the contrast between lesion and normal tissue can be emphasized by using selected compund band light. Thanks to CBI technique, the chromoendoscopic images can be achieved without spraying stains.
Compound Band Imaging can be widely used in diagnosis of Barrett esophagus, early esophageal cancer, early gastric cancer and early colorectal cencer. Combined with the digital amplification function, targeted biopsy approach can be performed on suspected lesion, which significantly improves the positive rate of biopsy. CBI mode has been regarded as an indispensible function in early GI cancer diagnosis.
