About the product
Marshall’s Irish Pub will be one of the few restaurants in Cebu to carry several ostrich items on our menu. Customers who tried it during taste testing at our 1st month anniversary were very surprised at how yummy and tender ostrich really is. It is red meat like steak but very little fat and very tender.
