This is to call your attention regarding the "no response" of your team to calls, texts and email to your customer service regarding service request. We have no cable connection since after the typhoon Glenda. All efforts have been exerted but there was no response and action up to this date. Even your customer hotline button options are not working. Please take time to review your customer relations emails and text messages.
