Review of PIZZA HUT - HEAD OFFICE

Hi! Good day! I'am Roma from Laguna. I'm not a valued client, nor a big person in laguna, but I hope that my concerns will be read and be address.
We arrived at one of your branches in saN pablo laguna, Pizza hut that is along rizal ave. san pablo city laguna at around 12:45pm to 1:00pm, February 2,2017. I'm with my sister and my son, we we're there to eat for our lunch. I parked my car in front of the store, not knowing that there is a new city ordinance ( according to one of your crew) that the area where I parked my car is a "no parking areA/towing area". So we eat our lunch and have a little chat, we stayed at your store for 1 hour. At around 2:00pm, we decided to leave, when we go to the car, and to my shock there is a yellow caution on the door and the left front wheel of my car is locked. I go back inside your store and ask for help, and ask why is someone locked my wheels and tied my door?!? And they tell me about the ordinance, so they tell me that there might be a number where i can contact the person incharge about the towing. So i have no choice but to contact the person and pay for the P500.00 fine, for "illegal parking".
My only concern here, is that during the time we arrive at your store nobody approach us to tell us that "mam bawal po jan", or even when we enter the store, wala man lang " mam bawal don,palipat na lang ng sasakyan" okay lang naman sa akin kung ililipat ko. I know it's not your parking area,but most of your client park in that area because your parking area is always blocked by tricycles. Yes, there is a street sign about the ordinance but you cannot recognized it immediately, well hindi po ako taga san pablo, taga liliw po ako so i'm not aware of the ordinance. Ang sa akin lang po, sana may isa man lang sa crew ninyo ang nagtanong sa mga customer sa loob kung kanino yung sasakyan sa labas, 3 table lang naman yung occupied nung oras na yun. Pangalawa, dapat po alam din ng tao ninyo yung ganong ordinansa, bago o luma man yun, lalo na may mga customer kayong pumapark din sa area na yun. Pangatlo, nung time na nagtatanong ako sa mga crew nyo, everybody ignore me, nagtitinginan lang sila and parang hindi alam kung kanino ako ipapasa para yun ang kausapin ko. Di ba meron po kayong SOP's regarding sa concerns and complaint.?!?
I not writing this para po pabayaran yung 500 na penalty ko, i hope this serve as a lesson to your people, client's appreciate a simple sympathy,that they feel that you are willing to help..But on that branch. Nothing....Sorry but thats the worst customer service i've ever experienced. there is nothing wrong in giving or extending an extra help to your clients because it is the most appreciated. Thank you.
