I'd like to escalate a few concerns regarding your call center staff.
1. Mark "Joseph" Cruz (********)- apart from exhibiting bad call management (kept on giving info on unavailable items on instalment), the most bothersome part of my interaction with him was his tone - it was very condescending-it sounded as if he was talking to a 3-year old. Pizzahut management, please listen to the call - February 11, 430pm (start time). I asked for his name which he gave to me. But when I asked for his EMP# he said twice that he couldn't give it to me. So I asked for a supervisor. It took him 3 mins to get back to me only to tell me that he was just about to transfer my call, but lo and behold, I was put on hold again for close to 5 mins before the supervisor picked up. Amazing, right?
2. Lovi Dineros (supervisor)- I probed as to why agents can't give out their EMP#. Lovi initially said agents couldn't as it is personal information, but mentioned that she could give it to me since I was asking for it. When I questioned the irony of her statement, she then admitted that their agents actually COULD give their EMP# to customers, but they usually don't if they feel that they will be complained about. Don't you find that outrageous?!!

Please do something about the quality of your outsourced call center staff. They just might bring your good company down.
