Review Incompetent employee

This is in reference to my wife ang I had experienced from your drive through in you West Ave branch. Yesterday afternoon we passed by your drive through along West Ave. We ordered 3 shark's fin ang 2 jumbo pao. After I was handed the paper bag containing our order, I even asked your cashier/emp again to repeat our order. Tama naman po lahat ng order. Nagtiwala po kami na walang mali sa aming inorder. When we arrived home, to our dismay instead of 2 jumbo pao ang nilagay nung employee ay 2 order of asado pao na 4 pieces po lahat. Yun shark's fin ok naman. Pinamigay ko na lang po sa mga basurero sa sobrang pagka dismayado namin. Today we were able to confront the employee. Hindi po daw nya sinasadya pero sa tingin ko otherwise po. Her name is Leslie Hernandez. Nung una kina kaila pa nya kasi daw pang gabi sya kahapon. Pero bandang huli umamin sya naka duty rin sya kahapon ng hapon. Salamat
