Nexxhabitat is a new-philosophy property development company. We are focused on developing “rural” home communities to achieve the rural feel and yet apply modern construction and home technologies. We believe that modern young Filipinos understand the use of low carbon footprint homes and can also be taught to appreciate traditional home-building materials.
