Tired of connecting with the Contact details updated in webpage
6 work days back, approached Alabang Meralco office in person to check why my online remittance is not adjusted against my bill. They took a complaint and ask me to wait 2-5 working days. Now, I tried reaching these guys overphone, it says, none of the numbers are active.. What kind of contact details you guys will give ? is this the kind of service offered for public ?

Follow up for my meralco subription
Hello guys, i felt hard to contact you, always busy from morning to evening here in alabang business center,and other number is not in service, can you please change those numbers!!!!and what will be your contact number that is easy and friendly to contact, anyway!! Ive been applying meralco connection for my apartment i visited already in alabang business center, but why it tooks so much time, they said thr technician will come but still nobody came, whats the other procedure, this is my contact number ********.

Attitude problem
First time lng kmi maputulan knina Nov.7,2017..nagtaka lng kmi kc bigla n lng nawalan power...tinanong lng namin tao ng meralco ng maayos if anu problem may sira b or namutol cla kc ganung araw kmi nagbabayad..napaaga cla ng putol...pero sinagot kmi nila ng pabastos...di ako calibrated n di pala reliable pagtanungan ang tao ng meralco..khit n mamumutol cla dapat marunong pa din cla makitungo sa tao para alam din namin gagawin namin malay b namin if failure lng sa breaker...bastos at di maganda training ng mga taohanng meralco...happy to servr the people nga ba?
