mga ayaw sumagot sa tawag pag magtatanong may pila pa din meralco ano ba yan kakabayad lang namen ng 11k ngayon meron na naman kayo sisingil na 36k puro na kayo singil eh tapos pag tatawagan kayo ayaw nyo magsisagot

Nag apply po ako ng meralco last january 2020 under FPAMBUAN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR pero until now wala parin mag 7 months na.meter base prin kmi ang tagal tagal na. D2 po ako sa blk5 lot 11 lynville residences cabuyao.pki aksyonan nmn po itong complain ko.ano n ang status ng application ko.?tino torelate b ng meralco ang ganitong serbisyo? Nagbayad nmn kami. Samantala ung iba nmin kapitbhay mabilis lng nkabitan e nauna p kmi doon nag apply. Kmi wala prin. Wala nmn maibigay n maayos n sagot sila. Pki aksyonan n po ito. Salamat. Nawa mkabitan n kmi.

Last July 2, 2019, we received disconnection notice with unpaid bills for May 2019 and June 2019.

Last July 9, 2019, we paid the amount of Php 1,779.09 thru LBC.

Last July 10, 2019, Meralco associate named Frederick Manuel visited on oir house and informed us that we should pay the remaining month unpaid because auditor will come for inspection. We suggested to pay in the afternoon but he insisted that we will give oir payment to him amounting to Php 2,000. Unfortunately, the said Frederick Manuel did not pay our bill.

Today, we received advice of contract for termination. But we we explained that we already paid the remaining bill thru Mr. Frederick Manuel. He said he will check for it.

We would like to seek help for this matter.

MERALCO CALAMBA BRANCH, 5 days na nakalipas ng i report ko problema ko sa connection up to now ala pa din nag punta na service nyo sa bahay ko Block 10 lot 110 mercedes homes sto tomas batangas, palagi sinasabi paki antay nalang, porke ba maliliit na consumer nyo hindi nyo papansinin,,
