Inefficient
This Business office albeit its multiple contact numbers does not answer to any call that you make. I dont know if the phone is the problem or the people behind the phones. They should be called out for ineptitude.

I pay my meralco bills in SM Rosario Bill Payment together with all my others bills. This is my regular/monthly routine in paying my bills. but all of a sudden I received a disconnection from Meralco yesterday, August 15. It so happen that I can't find anymore my proof of payment. What action we need to do in order to trace my payment. I also tried to call SM, but until now their contact information is not working. Please help

Bakit po wala pa ring kuryente sa Udasco Subd.Biwas, Tanza. nawalan kame ng kuryente kagabi around 7:30pm gang ngayon wala pa rin.
