I had a contract to put meter on my meter vase since july 23 2020 but until now still nothing meter how long or how many months i can wait for that meter.
I received an advise for change status, and i only have 10 days to process it.

I pay my meralco bills in SM Rosario Bill Payment together with all my others bills. This is my regular/monthly routine in paying my bills. but all of a sudden I received a disconnection from Meralco yesterday, August 15. It so happen that I can't find anymore my proof of payment. What action we need to do in order to trace my payment. I also tried to call SM, but until now their contact information is not working. Please help
