Pldt 2weeks plang kmi mgpakabit.. Wla Na agad connection.. Anu bayan.. Diko tlaga 2 babayaran pag di agad bumalik signal.sobrang nakakainis tlaga..sna dina Ako mgpakabit..nkkabuysit yung needd Na need namin internet tpus di magamit,, anung kasing service nyu 2.sa tanga! Wala pang due date putol agad?!
April 18, 2021 pa due date ng bill namin tapos pinutol niyo na ng April 6, 2021? Tapos pag tatawagan kayo sa 171 eh di kayo mareach dahil pag sinabing press 1, at pinress yung 1 eh invalid? Anong klaseng serbisyo to PLDT?! nagbabayad kami sa oras tas bigla kayo mag puputol?! Jusko nman

Updated posting of online payment.
Bakit hindi updated ang posting ng online payment nyo? Nagbayad ako May 18,2020 at June 22,2020 pero hindi nabawasan ang current bill ko. Tumatawag din ako sa hotline number nyo pero di makontak. Wala man lang customer service na pwedeng makausap. Paano masasagot ang mga concerns ng customer nyo nyan? Or better yet send me the full statement of account from March- June 2020. Thank you.

Installer Report
Good evening, gusto ko pp sana ireport yung employee nyo na si Erwin Bunagan.. Installer ng fibrhome pldt.. Kinabitan po kami ng May 7th, ang sinabi ko po sa installer nyo sa taas padaanin ung wire then suddenly nagulat na lang ako kasi nag barena xa sa baba sa likod ng pinto namin tapos natamaan ung water pipe.. Sumirit ung tubig at ang initial na solution nya dun eh lagyan ng goma ng tsinelas.. Nagyon problema namin ung pagbabasa ng tubig sa harapan ng bahay namin... Nireport ko na to at pumunta dito ung installer May 11th.. Sabi namin dapat liable siya dun.. Sinabihan namin sila na ipagawa nila un pero ang sabi ng installer nyo kami na muna magpagawa at abonohan muna namin at babayaran na lang nya kung magkano ang nagastos. Nangako ang installer nyo na si ERWIN BUNAGAN na magbabayad siya sa araw ng sahod nya na May 14th or 15th.. Nung tinawagn namin siya nakiusap siya na Friday na lang May 17th pero hindi siya nagpakita at nung tinawagan namin siya ang sabi nya tuesday na lang which is today dapat May 21st pero no show pa din ung installer nyo.. Pano na lang po ung inabono namin na 1120.00 na nasirang tubo.. Naghihintay po kami ng immediate action pero wala kaming nakukuha na positibong resulta at hindi din naman po nakikipag coordinate ung installer nyo.. ????????????
