i waited an hour at the store waiting for my time to be assisted by a csr,i applied for a plan submitted every requirement they needed and was ask to wait for 3 days for processing 3 days became 1 week of waiting i did not receive any txt to know if i got approve or not so i called cs hotline only to find out you got the wrong plan even the name was misspelled and they told me because of the mistakes they have to reprocess my application so another week for nothing .is this how you treat your customers we have been with globe for 4 yrs. now we were valued there this the first time we try suncellular just to find out that your service sucks!!!!
