Tamad mga mukhang pera
I just called inquiring about a TV that needs servicing. Sinabi ko lang in bried ans issue ng unit, nag decide na agad (sa phone lang) na panel ang problem at 70% ng price ng tv ang cost. No checking no diagnostics. Sorry naistorbo ko customer service nyo. -5 stars

defective or old/2ndhand motorcycle battery
this review is intended to the manager..and for the benefit of those who want to visit your disappointing store..I bought a motorcycle in cash..note cash hindi utang..after 2mnths ng jammed na ang battery for no reason maybe 2ndhand ang gnbutang or defective battery..hndi na nmon magamit ang motor..gnpavisit nmon cla for check up and they told us mhulat pah kmi 1mnth for battery replacement..sa diin kmu kita nga warranty nga 1mnth pah kg ma effect..common sense anu paggamit ko sng motor kng mhulat pku 1mnth..motolite is just about 1250 pesos ang motor nabuy q almost 80k..so sa tg bacolod kmu nlang bhala mg judge about aa experience ko..

Hi Sir Joseph, with regard to the quality of motorcycles we always see to it that the products that we are selling are in good shape and condition. For instances when the items are proven defective within 7 days from purchase, we make sure that the items are replaced in favor of our customers since it is your right to get the best quality products from EMCOR. However, if the item already took months or years before it was damaged and was with the customer's custody during the time it was damaged, all we can do is have it checked/repaired by our accredited technicians. If there are parts that has to be ordered, the item/unit is within the warranty period, as to protocol we should ordered it to the authorized supplier. We hope you understand.
