Netopia Internet Cafe - SM Fairview - Quezon City

Netopia sm fairview was the worst netopia i've ever been. I just went there this afternoon around 03:36:09 pm to print pictures. At first they were fine but what made me so pissed of is when my transaction is getting slow. Of course as a customer i don't want to wait that long! I'm starting to act as if i was really really annoyed and the manager thingy there restart the computer that they were using to print my picture! So eveything started all over again so i have to wait until it finishes. I was looking at there so called manager but he does not look back! And that made me so mad! And one of there staffs start browsing my photos that made me so annoyed and told them ''after mag print pwede paki bura'' then one staff girl made a comment '' ano problema nyan maganda ka? Nagmamaganda?'' and that made me so pissed of! Good thing i still have breeding or else i would really tell that girl that you want a mirror?! If you cannot handle customer complaints then go out of this industry! This is a customer servicr industry! And even the so called girl managet there was rude! Not knowledgable on how to handle annoyed customer! Even this cashier guy named julius hoybia just gave me my change without any word! So rude!!!! Netopia sm fairview must change all there staffs there or rather close that branch!!!!!! Hope the management can see this and make some action! Take this complaint as a positive feedback so you would be able to change the unpleasant things in your company! Be professional!
