As per update the parcel already in their branch, yet 3 days passed, no delivery yet. Tried to call their office, but no one are answering their numbers!

Useless office in Mandalagan. Holding on to my parcel now for five days!! Send it now scamming shit
You have had my parcel for five days now and not forwarded it on to me. Send now and I mean NOW!!! I have paid more money than I was quoted on line as it is. It has not left Bacolod yet even though you lied and said it will arrive here within five days. I will never send with DHL again. Your agency is a discredit to DHL

I sent an important documents from Switzerland to Philippines. According to DHL SWitzerland Tuesday the docs will be deliver but it is already Saturday tomorrow but no delivery yet.
