Just this morning, my friend from Saudi Arabia asked me a favor to call JRS Oroquieta Branch to enquire the status of the package send from Manila to Calamba, Mis. Occ. I asked my son to do it at work (radio station) since we use different telecom at home. According to my son, the woman who received the call sounded so mean, deretso lang dawg ingon "kinsa may nagpadala ana?" ngw pinabundak ang tono sa tingog. Then ngon ingon tawag balik" dayon hang up sa phone. I don't think it's a proper way to respond your customers concern.
