Door to door Delivery to PICK UP?
JRS is one of the most incompetent courier in the Philippines. Why? obviously the will never update you. Worst is you opt in for a door to door delivery and they want my consignee to pick it up from their branch. Worst isn't it? If I can give negative one I will. JRS sucks!

Pina shipped ng naka transact ko yung order ko na Sapatos its been 4 days na wala parin puro nakalagay "For Delivery" hindi updated ang pag deliver umay sainyo jrs nagpa meet up nalang sana ako kung alam ko lang

4 days na july 12, .. Pinadala sken yan last saturday.. July 8 2017. Hanggang ngaun wala padin ung item ko.. Tunwag sken ung nag deliver pinasa pasa na kong saan ung item ko hais

This is for jrs cebu. Why hire messengers that do not know the location? Imagine taking 3 days to deliver a simple letter from Bohol to Cebu. And now, I was not able to meet the deadline for the submission. Your office here is not that organized and the staff are not that compliant.
Please address this concern as one upset and disappointed customer can do a great damage to the business.

Totally agree! bounced on my boys upset and disappointed customer to this for hours. lol get bent. big money one love, salvia out.
