JRS Express - Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur

yung Tel# na nakalagay sa web nyo is not yet in service..yung mga costumer nyo pahirapan sa pag contact sa inyo...kaloka yung parcel ko hindi ko ma track....ndi rin matawagan ang main office ng zamboanga city..huhay..sarap sanang magalit....

JRS Zamboanga Sucks!!! My God! Parcel shipped last Jan. 20 and now it's already Jan. 28 pero until now di pa nakukuha ng receiver yung parcel nya, ei from neighbouring City lang naman un. Tumawag ako sa Main Office nila Jan. 24 para e follow up, ang hirap kausap ng babaeng staff di makaintindi, paulit ulit ang tanong, then after several minutes sinabi e dedeliver na bukas Jan. 25. Jan. 25 afternoon wala pa din daw narereceive ung receiver ko. Tumawag nanaman ako, ayun nanaman ung mga tanong nyang paulit ulit then ending nirefer ako sa isang branch nila. Un ang mas malala, babaeng staff din, dahil ayaw hanapin at ayaw ipahanap, di alam ang status ng mga parcel nila at parang gusto nya kami pa maghanap, kakaloka! Bulok na systema!

ill never trust this courier again.and im also suggesting this to anyone who doesnt want stress with shipments or delivering items. I had experienced enough. One is that their staff are just plain lazy and rude. they have tons of reason for not delivering your items on your doorstep. reasons like the address was incomplete when all other couriers can easily find my address and take note they already make deliveries in my house, bery shitty for them to reason that. others is just that nobody was home and whole lot of other crappy reasons,thinking we are dumb people.its like they keep changing reasons for you just to pick up your package from their office. one time my parcel was with the driver for 3 effin days.and take note i keep on following up for that parcel.and theyre quite angry coz i cannot wait.and yet they always say its in its way for 3 days!!!
I just plainly hate dealing with JRS!!!
NEVER TRANSACT WITH THIS COURIER!!!
NEVER!!!

Gandang hapon po mag update lang po ako bakit po di pa na delivery ang package sa akin from malaysia july 26 pa po yun ???Ee******** yan pi yung tracking #
