Sobrang bagal
Nung Aug 17 pa dapat e deliver ung box ko sa amin pero hanggang ngaun wala pa rin kahit man Lang sana tawag na tawagan nyo ung contact number na nilagay ko sa box ay sabihin nyo na delay lang ung box ko... pero hanggang ngaun wala

Nasaan na ang parcel ko
July 31 pa kayo nagmessage na out for delivery ang item ko. Hanggang ngayong august 9 nakaabang pa rin ako... Saang lupalop na kau pumunta...poor service ba talaga kau lbc?

IS THIS YOU CALL HARI NG PADALA
in this past few days in tracking my shipment i search in the web for contacts but very disappointed in your service why do you put a no that no one answer or out of service and why you put an email which no one will reply. is it for formality sake only.where is the customer care!!!!. in brunei(i work in tristar shipping and trading co as your forwarder) all your shipment we process is urgent and well taken care off. why you are like that much better i will share this experience ro all the filipinos working here to think first before using your very good service.

San ang puso nyo!
Worst! Bagal sobrang bagal ng service nyu..lalo na hindi lahat ng tao naghihintay sa delivery pra mag enjoy sa tatanggapin..may iba pong pinapadala na kailangan kasi po nsa hospital ang gagamit. Naizip nyu ba ung ibang tao nahndi na pala nkakainom ng gatas or bata na hindi nakakadede dahil yung special bottle na idedeliver nyu dinelay nyu pa!ung ilang araw hinihntay. Tapos ang mga number ng LBC branches nyu hindi matawagan. Bakit pa kau naglagay ng number kung hndi rin lang matawagan.. ying bagung panganak na bata na nangangailangan nung special bottle ilang araw na pong hindi makagatas ng tama.ayusin nyu nman.

box not delivered in my house.
I rec'd msg that delivery man didn't deliver my L box in our doorstep Why? Cno po mgbbuhat nun wala boys sa amin. This is not my first to send box sa Lbc and before it was delivered to the house not just leave it sa garahe.

My parcel
Today, March 19,2020. I checked the status of my parcel on lazada, its out for deliver, then few minutes again checkes the status its “delivered” but I haven’t receive my parcel. Why? What happened? This is the first time happened , may mga times naman deliver to doorstep pa ok nman. I will report thus, i-deliver nio parcel ko, hindi maganda service nio very poor.

VERY POOR SERVICE
Napakabagal po ng service dito sa LBC SM City Baguio, sobrang haba na ng pila pero isa pa lang din ang nag-aaccomodate sa customers and unfriendly pa. Magkahalo din po ang pila ng magpapadeliver sa pipick up lang (na sana eh mas mabilis yung pick up lang), pakimonitor naman po ng branch na ito at pakiimprove.

Out of date delivery
Hello po out of date na po ung delivery nyo po dapat po nung it should be december 21 po ung last and i dont know the reason kung bakit hanggang ngaun po wala pa po ung na order ko sa lazada with a tracking package of ********‍ i need the package na po if bussiness day po kau ngaun

goodmorning po! mag-complain po ako tungkol pesopak ko na ipinadala sa akin ng aking tita dahil nung i-search ko yung tracking no. na pinadala sa akin ang lumabas na resulta ay na-received ko na nung dec.9 pa ee kahit isang sentimo ay wala pa akong natatanggap. every month ako pinapadalhan ng tita ko sa LBC mahigit isang taon na pero ngayon lang ito nangyari sa akin. nasisira ang kredibilidad ng kumpanya nyo dahil sa taong gumagawa ng pagnanakaw na ito. hindi ako makakapunta ng personal sa office nyo kasi prisoner ako. mag send ako ng picture ng last receipt na pinadala sa akin ng tita ko para mailumpara nyo ang pirma ko. sana ay maaksiyonan nyo agad ang problema naming ito dahil ipambibili ng pamasko ng anak ko ang P1,971.45 na ipinadala sa akin ng tita ko. ******** yan ang tracking no. john cruz, pma stockade baguio

Very poor services
It has been a week now since the package arrived at Baguio but they haven't even contacted me. Documents are important and should not be delayed dahil lang sa tamad kayo.

ITS BEEN 3 DAYS AND YET MY DOCUMENTS ARE STILL OUT FOR DELIVERY!THEN UPON TRACKING IT SAYS THE HOUSE IS CLOSED DELIVERY WILL BE NEXT DAY AGAIN??? LBC SERVICE SUCKS!! DOCUMENTS ARE SO IMPORTANT YOU PEOPLE SHOULD THINK ABOUT THAT.I AM WRITING FROM OVERSEAS SINCE MY BROTHER FROM THE PHILIPPINES HAS BEEN EXPECTING THOSE DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT HERE!!! Lazy riders
Aug 29 received nila parcel..until now wala pa din delivery. Nag tracking ako it goes like this.. am- out for delivery. Pm - pending for pick up.. from aug 31 to present gnyan lng..ppor service.. "0" star!!

Unreliable courier service
The delivery men are so lazy pag di nahanap ang address they wont event make an effort to call you and ask. Lagay nalang agad unrecognized person. Very hassle so cant rely on this courier kung rush ang padala. Ang tatamad nila!

Shipment Issue
August 12, 2019 LBC baguio delivery team recieve my mail, august 13 i was in my house the whole day and suddenly upon checking on my tracking it says failed delivery the house is closed no one is there the fact that im in my house the whole day waiting for my damn package the next day says ready for delivery and suddenly it says Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels.the thing is theyre lying that theres no person in the house. DONT TRUST LBC BECAUSE the company itself is full of scumbag people lazy and liar.

Sir same issue tayu po. Ns sabi na close daw ang bahay at walang tao. E pnu mangyayari yun eh di nmn ako umaalis ng bahay tsk panu nawawalng ng tao e ang dami nmning nakatira dun. Mga sir shipment issue n daw sb s tracking panu po b gagawin ko para naclaim ung padala s akin. Salamat po

Very disappointing and infuriating service
When my item was not delivered for a considerable period of time, I contacted the seller. She was told that my area could not be located or that they do not know me in the address I indicated which is actually the Office I worked with. it was so infuriating since It is situated in a very familiar place and within the central business district area of baguio city. Worst, they were able to deliver the item I ordered from the same seller. And I haven't received any text from them that they will deliver my package. The item I ordered was already paid so you might understand how I feel. I was also given instruction that I go to the nearest lbc center which I did only to find out that the one who does the deivery is very different from the other centers. Adding to the burden, I tried calling the numbers indicated in the white pages but it is unavailable. I called the cooyesan hotel and ask for LBCs number but I could not access the telephone number they gave me. It was very frustrating because despite their poor service I did my part to contact them but still to no avail. I was really stressed.

Check your services and know your business. Very Poor.
Been tracking my order from Lazada. LBC Track & Trace said they received the item April 13, 2018. And on the same date, they marked my order as"..was not delivered since recipient's address is out of LBC's service area". Are you kidding me? My area is still in Benguet and you made two deliveries at my area before (just last month). Put some values in your work guys, deliver the item to the recipient and do not have anyone, just they know the recipient to receive the item. The contact number and addresses are written on the packages. Is it hard to ask for directions on the addresses or can you not simply text or call the number written on the package? You guys are really unbelievable. Even in your branches, I had the worse experience with your group. If you don't want to do business, simply quit, let the more competitive providers to the job. And please be reminded that we are more or less aware of the law (consumer protection), do your part. And do read some emails, you've placed "Customer Service" but showed no interest on our concerns.

Improve your service
we paid for the shipping fee but we don't even get our right to have the items on time. Your landline is always busy, for what? I tried to call you every 5 minutes and still your very busy. You even block numbers (costumers number) that always calls you for any updates. Your not hari ng padala, you will very be. You're to slow, very slow and oh I remember, all the effin staff are lazy, too lazy. BLACK ARROW is better than you LBC, sooo better!

Disappointing indeed
When you are tracking your delivery item and it's stated that it's already forwarded to or received already at Baguio delivery team, yet, days passed and you are still waiting for the parcel to arrive. Sux. like ...Seriously -_-

what does "out of LBC's service area" mean? I gave my complete address and details at Lazada, how come they can't deliver it? and where can i reach the lbc's customer service?

I was disappointed about the service of Baguio delivery team. My package was forwarded to them and received by august 14, 2016 but until this day august 16, 2016 it was not yet delivered to our house. I ordered my package from lazada.ph last august 12, 2016 and courier it to LBC. I am expecting to receive it less than 3 days but it's not what I expected. Until now I'm waiting. According to the reviews, lazada and LBC are rated in high performance in terms of there delivery. Maybe it was just because of those Lazy Employee of Baguio Delivery Team! Who ruined the reputation of Lazada and LBC! Fuck off you Lazy bastard! Baguio Delivery Team sucks! Damn

I was wondering when did you get your order from lazada? Im having the same trouble with lbc here in baguio. Supposed to be delivered between oct 4 to 8. Its already october 11. Ive been staying at home so i can recieve it personally. Never had this problem back in subic.

Losing faith in LBC...second time i had to wait hopelessly for my package to arrive from Quezon City, considering that it was already forwarded to the Baguio delivery team 2 days ago...track and trace even showing that the delivery failed...miserable service

Hari ng kabagalan kamo kakahiya kau bwesit ung order from.lazada 2 weeks na dpa dumating dahil sa lbc na hari ng kabagalan.kaka bwesit.
