KUNG MAY NEGATIVE STAR, UN ANG PIPINDUTIN KO. GRABE, TENGGA NA UNG PACKAGE, DI NAMAN MATAWAGAN YANG MGA NUMBER NYO.. ALISIN NA NINYO UNG EXPRESS SA TAG NINYO.

ANONG SILBI NG CONTACT NUMBER NA PAGKALAKI LAKI SA BOX NA HINDI MAN LANG NINYO MATAWAGAN KUNG NAHIHIRAPAN KAYONG HANAPIN YUNG ADDRESS NAMIN. ISA PA, NAGHAHANAP KAYO NG SUBDIVISION NA HINDI NAMAN NAKASULAT SA BOX. HINDI NA MATRACK, HINDI PA MATAWAGAN ANG OFFICE!!!! SABI NIYO PLEASE GET IN TOUCH SA OFFICE PERO HINDI KAYO MATAWAGAN!!!!!!!!! PLUS WALA PANG PAG APOLOGISE YUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANO ‘TO LOKOHAN? KAGAGALING!!!! NAKAKAGIGIL KAYO!!!!

UPDATING MAY DELIVERY FROM MALOLOS BULACAN TO MARIKINA
Pls..kelan po madedeliver yung package? sobrang tagal na po kasi naka pending yung package ko sana naman po.maedeliver na po xa ..salamat.sabe kasi ngayon daw madedeliver sabe ng pinagbilan ko ng package na yan.kaya nag expect kame ngayon..pero wala naman po dumating na delivery...

The package includes my vitamins. I expect to received at least 2-4 days upon shipping but now it's been 10 days and counting! I run out of my vitamins already!!!

Calling LBC management, visit this branch and reqd all reviews on here!!! I tried to call the 4 numbers available, two are unreachable, one just keep on ringing and the other one, someone picked up and leave it hanging without even saying hello!!!

TRACKING # IS INVALID?????
To whom walang concern, please po yung order ko with tracking # ******** ipadala nyo na. LBC lang ata ang courier na hindi nagdedeliver ng order from lazada. Sa lahat ng inorder ko yan nalang ang hindi ko malaman kung nasan na. Yan pa naman pinaka kailangan ko sa lahat. Hindi naman lockdown tong Cainta! At bakit invalid ang tracking # na ginegenerate nyo???

DOOR TO DOOR ANO NA
Nasan na order ko? Cainta napaka tagal naipending na order ko halos ilang araw na kailangan na kailangan ko na Yan. Bayad na Yan door to door pa. Gusto pa ata na puntahan ko kayu dyan tanay pako kakahiya naman. Baka naman pede niyo na dalahin ditooo! Nakakainis naman tuloy naman process di Bali Sana Kung Hindi e. Napending na business ko dahil sa napakatagal Ng serbisyo niyo kakabanas kayo. ????????

Very poor!
Mahigit 9 days na ang cargo na dapat I deliver sa San Mateo Rizal. Baka naman mabulok na ang mga gamit na pina dala ko. How you could not organize your deliveries is appalling. Nakailang track na ako and andyan pa din sa branch nyo ang box ko! Kilos kilos din. Ano kinukuha nyo lang bayad namin para buruhin ang padala sa opisina nyo?

Ano na mga sir? Ibuburo na lang dyan yung item? Baka gusto nyo naman ideliver na, baka lang naman po. Paulit ulit yung pagtrack namin ang ending dyan din bagsak, di na umabante. Baka lang pwede naman ideliver nyo na. Salamat.

Poor services Gawin niyo po ng maayos trabaho niyo
Nakakainis mag iisang bwan na ang parcel ko sa june 27 hanggang ngayon d parin nakaalis sa branch niyo ilang bese ako nagtract dios ko wala nganga. Anong plano niyp sa parcel ko buruhin niyo jan?????? Pinaghirapan namin yong parcel namin may capital yon. Walang hiya pinatulog niyo pajan parcel ko. Baka may plano kayo jan naron yan patirahan. Hahaha tsskk...tsskk...nakailang balik na jan ang nagpaship para ayusin niyo ang parcel ko wala kayong ginawa puro kayo paasa.

Same here also first time ko lang gumamit ng lbc nasa central exchange na po since june 24 pa po until now walang feedback or walang update about my parcel.please lbc passport ko po ang nakalagay dyan sa parcel na yan sana naman sabihin niyo kung saan na yùng parcel ko ako nalang po mag pick up hindi ko po hintayin na ideliver niyo pa kasi wala ata kayong balak gumalaw eh.kailangan ko yung passport ko.please naman edilever niyo na po.

ANGRY? FRUSTRATED?
I keep on calling your LBC Hub for an hour and no one or anybody answered my call. What kind of Hotline do you have, when nobody is answering the calls of your customers.

All the STAFF and even THE MANAGEMENT reflects INCOMPETENCE towards their duties and functions.

You better shutdown your business. All employees are incompetent!?

Tried to deliver but cannot locate the address
According sa update in your tracking system pero wala nmang tumawag sa cp number ng receiver to confirm the address and also plgi kmi nagpapacargo sa LBC sa same location address and di mahirap ilocate. Til now di nyo pa dinideliver and no response kahit as tawag or email. Worst ever!!!!!

POOR SERVICE
Your messengers are lazy to find our address. We waited our delivery for few weeks and yet nothing arrived. Until we go to Cogeo branch and they told us that it is forwarded in cainta branch! We paid for door to door delivery yet we are still the one who will pick it up?! WHAT A VERY POOR SERVICE!

Customer service or their phone #s di nakakatulong.. Pangit ng service then ang gulo gulo ng delivery sa cainta cargo hub.. Dpat may phone #s kayo sa lahat ng branch na nagddala ng package di ung kung san san nililipat ung call pag tumatawag kami.. Ayusin niyo trabaho niyo cainta cargo delivery hub
