Please paki ayos po ang delivery nasa bahay Lang po kami lagi at hindi naalis NG bahay. Ang bahay Lang po namin ay makalampas NG Brgy. Hall lingga aplaya calamba city

Customer service is not good
Alam kong special holiday ng araw nayun. Pumunta ako bandang 4pm para i pick up ang item na inorder ko. Ang sabi sa akin ayon sa tracking nila ay nasa warehouse pa nila. Pero malinaw naman sa tracking update sa cp ko na ready for pick up na yung item (feb 25). Nakita ko narin yung item ko na nasa sahig kasama ng iba pang item at hindi pa nila na check at na update sa system. Hindi na ako nakipag urgue at bumalik na lang ako ako kinabukasan. Ng bumalik ako pinakita ko ulo ang tracking number at itinuro ko narin kung nasaan yung item ko.

very dissapointed po ako dahil nawala po ang parcel ko . dahil may nagkainteres sa cellphone na pinadala ko. di mapagkatiwalaan ang mga tauhan sa parian warehouse.
