Reviews of LBC - Hari ng Padala (Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro)

several questions na hindi ko alam kung "kanino" ibibigay:
1. gaano kaya kadalas mangyari na hindi nairi-remit ng LBC Calaero Hub delivery rider ang payment para sa cash on delivery transaction na assigned sa kanya?
2. ano kaya ang action ng management sa kaso kung kailan nakuha na ng recipient/buyer ang item pero hindi nakuha ng sender/seller ang amount na ibinayad?
3. ano kaya ang scenario kung hindi i-follow up ni "sender" or ni "receiver" ang nangyari (nawala ang bayad)?

fyi: i have "relative complaints" regarding this "query" which i will disclose on the proper platform in time. ********

Twice na po ako nagpadala ng box from abroad pero pag dating na dito sa oriental mindoro team palagi natetengga. Inaabot ng sobrang tagal e ang lapit lang naman ng pinamalayan para ideliver. Kung hindi pa tawagan at ifollow up wala mangyayari. Please move it. Live your tagline.

Isa ako sa mga naging customer ng LBC, nagpada ako ng isamg meduim box sa pilipinas which is air cargo, nag inquire ako sa kanila kung ilamg days matatamggap ang pinadala kung box at ang sabi nila 7 to 10 dayd working!!!!!!!!,
Ngaun junr 21 tinawagan ng lbc drlivery team ang mother at tinatanung kung san sila malapit na area kasi they said maybe 10 ton15 minutes nandun n sila sa bahay namim, noong dumating sa bahay namin ang lbc truck, naghahanap sila ng box namin wala silang maibigay ang meron lang sila is yung resibo nila, tinanung namin ang delivery team asan ang nox namin ang sabi nila naiwan daw sa opisina?!!!!!!!! How come???? Nasa kanila ang resibo peru yung idedeliver nila wala!!???
Sana ayusim ninyo ang serbisyo ninyo lbc calapan oriental mindoro, kc kaya nga nagbayad kami para sa air cargo para mapabilis,pero anunh ginawa ninyo?!!!!!!!

I ordered product in lazada and unfortunately they sent it thru lbc not in ninja van. I have bad experienced delivering product by lbc. Before you deliver the product, you should inform and text first the customer for them to know the delivery time and to be there when they deliver it. Im so disappointed because no one texted me! Then I tracked it online and i have seen that they delivered it already without informing me! Please do an action with this problem! Is this hard for them to do that? This is my second time experience in lbc. MISCOMMUNICATION TO THE CUSTOMER.
