LBC failed to deliver my cheque to my family. They declared that my address is out of delivery zone. They never contacted my recipient. They sent back the cheque to the sender but since 22 September 2020 my cheque is still in their facility in Manila and never sent back to sender. They never give any update! My family is expecting that money and this f****** courier doesn't care! To those who wanted to send their important documents especially cheques, DO NOT EVER TRUST LBC! LBC is b*llsh*t.

As per the tracking, my parcel should be deliver on Oct 31, 2020. But no anyone call me. What is the sense of the tracking. Please Delivery team. Pakiayos ang trabho ninyo. Good day. I received a text from your office informing that they will deliver my orders. So I went to get my orders in our meet up place. I paid the said amount. I noticed that there is only 1 box in the plastic where in fact it must be 2 boxes, so I immediately informed the delivery man. He said it was not his fault. With the presence of the City Traffic Enforcers assigned in our gate, we opened it and it was only 1 item. So with this scenario, I was really disappointed with the service that you have. I paid the exact amount but item was incomplete.Sobrang halata pa na binuksan, ang laki ng supot pra sa dalawang item sana tapos may 2 bubble wrap plastic pa pero iisa nman na item. SO DISGUSTING!!!!

Delivery man will never attempt to contact the buyer, third time they did that to me and they will never deliver it where you are even you have a valid reason.

Yung package ayon sa tracking ng LBC is to be delivered within the day pero biglaang hindi dineliver? Samantalang may nagdeliver dto sa office namin from CAUAYAN DELIVERY HUB? Kung tinatamad kayo wag na kayo magtrabaho

Bakit ganun guys? Naidrop ang pack sa lbc santiago ng June 27, 2020. May status kayong nilagay na cannot find ung recipient? May contact number po both nagpadala at padadalhan! At hndi namn ngaun lng pinadalhan ang tao thru lbc natatagpuan naman ung address na nakalagay. Pakisettle naman po.

Few times order from LAZADA and LBC pick up my packages but never once sent to me, reasons were out of service area. Not even tried to contact me, and when email to them, never reply.
My suggestion, LBC could deliver to their branch near my place, so i can pick up the package.
