Worst delivery!
Hari ng padala pero super delayed ng delivery! Tapos ilalagay pa s status received na pero hindi pa! Worst delivery ever!! Nakakawlang tiwala kayo!!

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU PUT YOUR CONTACT NUMBER IN THE WEB...ANSWER THE PHONE CALLS..IT SEEMS THAT YOU DISREGARD PHONE CALLS..I TRIED 5 TIMES BECAUSE I DO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE BUSY BUT AGAIN YOUR NOT ANSWERING...WHAT KIND OF SERVICE YOU HAVE....

This by far is the worst service I have ever experienced. My order has arrived in your facility but it's almost 2 days now and yet no delivery. I called, and I even went to your office even the place where all the items to be delivered are stored but the personnel in there did not even bothered to find my order instead he even ordered us to find it ourselves. Thanks for the best service. LBC Iba branch!

I would like to congratulate the officers and staff of LBC Iba Zambales (branch near YEYEYE Store)...
Last May 17, 2013, I went to your LBC Branch in Iba at around 4pm and requested them to deliver the 3keys to Quezon City.
I was informed that the delivery date will be on Monday and their cut-off time was 3pm. I requested for special delivery because i need to send the keys to our house to my brother and fortunately, the lady (pregnant) grant my request and they immediately included my envelope to the messenger who picked up all their stuff and was about to leave. My brother received the keys the following day (on time).
I hope all your LBC staff will do the same thing to help your customers. I commend all your staff assigned at Iba Zambales. They are all helpful and nice people,,,
