LBC - Hari ng Padala (Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu - Mactan Mandaue Corp. Team)

I sent my documents last September 23rd and they informed me on September 30th that my parcel cannot be receive by the receiver due to no person at the given address, I tried to contact the lbc bayugan where I sent my parcel,apparently they never replied nor answer my calls.
I went to see if they could help me but they just told me to contact the receiver and let the receiver go to mactan lapu lapu. And that's 5 rides away from the receiver. F*** it.. it was an important documents. Should be expedited but what now!!!! ??? Pinaka walay kwenta nga courier.

Pa follow up kulang parcel ko sabi dito kahapon edeliver next day (which is today) pero wala parin until now. Buong araw ako nag hintay nag tawag at text Wala ring number ng team na mag dedeliver dito para lang sana matawagan. Gusto kunang pick upin parcel ko pero walang number inilagay si lbc kung sang branch ba yung parcel ko. Need kuna yung item kasi

Seryoso ba to??? Ilang araw nako nag aantay!!! “Next business day” means within 24 hrs!!! Grabe ni walang text man lang LBC ano na??? Grabe first time ko to dto sa MACTAN-MANDAUE dumaan walang update!!!

Please expect raw within the day na e deliver yung parcel ko . Then suddenly tumawag ang sender ibabalik raw sa kanila kasi walang nagclaclaim . Dahil raw pabalik2x ang nagdeliver sa amin walang magclaclaim . Ngayon lang talaga to as in . Ako pa yung mali ? Ni kahit tawag nang nagdeliver or ni kahit sino wala nga akong natanggap yung LBC EXPRESS lang expect within the day pa . Grabe naman po . Ako pa yung mali .... sa lahat nang orders dumating tsaka may tawag pa akong natanggap galing sa magdeliver ng item . Tapos ibabalik sa sender kasi walang magclaclaim ni kahit tawag wala ......... ................

We already went to ur main office to update you with the delivery details and u said delivery is out for that day. We waited for a call but no one did. The next day the status was changed to "there was an issue with the shipment" WTF LBC! Hari ng padala?! Hari kayo ng hasol! Fix the landline number you have in ur online as we are trying to call u a hundred times and no one is answering! Kaya pala ang daming negative feedback didto kasi nga wala kayong system!

My parcel was received by mactan mandaue branch last 02/16/2021 but uptil today 02/20 i still haven't received my parcel and worst is when i track my parcel, it say shipment with a concern.please get in touch with our official customer channel without even specifying what happened to my parcel. This is the worst courier!

Grabe ang tagal ng package ko,
8boxes expected ko darating sabay2x pero dumating tatlo lang , ilang araw na yon dumating pero ang 5boxes until now Di pa dumating .!
How come??? Tapos mali2x ang updates Nyo sa package.!ayusin Naman Sana.

San na po ang parcel ko? Antagal na po. Tumatawag po ako sa inyo pero hindi kayo sumasagot. Hindi rin po naa update ang tracking info sa LBC Tracking system.

hindi ko po na receive sayang naman yung shipping fee galing pa maynila ang nakasabi doon ay na transfer daw sa courier nyo tas yung deliviry date nya po ay oct 17 , tas. Ngayon oct 19 na wala paring dumarating sana po mabasa ito kung pwede manlang kunin ko nalang po sa branch nyo pra makuha ko yung parcel hoping for response please read mine before mawala ang aking parcel pot thanks po

I haven't yet receive my package? unfortunately, wala naku ma screenshot gahapon nga about to deliver peru nadelay lang ng dating sa mactan-mandaue hub kaya sched nla next business day. LBc mActan-mandaue ayusin nyo trabaho nyo para hindi ko kau e reklamo sa nakakataas sa inyu. may receipt ako dito.

Hari ng Delay! Ang kapal ng mukha 3days na ako natawag panay sagot out for delivery na. Consolacion lang nmaan, pinatulog nyo pa parcel ko sa inyo lbc mactan cargo team?

Asa naman among package tawun sept. 4 gedeliver nas cargo balikbayan box cebu niya unsa na karung petsaha wala gihapon lagi. Dalaguete amua. 2box natu ang naabut.. Hahhaayssss giunsa na nnyu diay uyyyssss.

kaduol ra aning Recipient address sa inyong HUB pero ang delivery ninyo maabtan pag pila ka days! tawagan mo di raba mo manubag. aug 26 pana gipadala. hapon nalang wa gihapon na inyong expect delivery within the day. ayaw mo paghuwat ipa tulfo mo oy.covid or walay covid mao ra gihapon serbisyo ninyo!!!!!!!

Aug 13 dapat delivery, August 24 na. Wala pa rin. Patay ang business. Tina tawagan d makontak. Sana mag update naman. Napaka bagal ng serbisyo po. Plus hindi makontak na customer service.
