Reviews of LBC - Hari ng Padala (Larena, Siquijor)

Maybe the LBC head should orient their employee.. to know how important customer service is. Currently their service is really Poor I didn't see any improvements.

Di ta ko mo post og review. apan tungod kay akong item, hangtud karon wala pa gyud gi deliver. Beyond time of delivery na. asa naman tawon nang akong item? nyag tawagan ang ilang telephone, mo ring raman, dayun, i hang up lang. kay kung tawagan og utro, dili na makontak. ipa radio bisdak tamo aning inyong kalaki.

Ang kukupad kasi gumalaw ng mga tao, lagi lang cguro nag ML ang mga tauhan nyo kaya tagal gumalaw ng mga deliveries. Try to make change para di naman nakakahiya sa moto niyo na "Hari ng padala" ediwow. Talo pa kayo ng mga baguhang courier eh.

It has already been more than a week but my item has not been yet delivered, from Makati to Siquijor. I don't even receive updates from the lbc what happens then to the process (given the fact that I have provided my phone # number in the form). No matter how much only my item had it cost, I am already frustrated with the delayed process. Your teller had disclosed during our transaction that it would only take 3 to 5 days. I am looking forward not to encounter the same delays in the future. Thank you so much.!
