LBC package ready for pick up
We have tracked the parcel and it was already in your branch ready for pick up yet the received/consignee does not received message which branch will they get the parcel...how many days will you contact the consignee?

Galing kami jan. Nakalagay sa google map open kayo. Magdating namin sa store nyo naka close.. palitan nyo yan. Nakakaperwisyo ng tao paglalagay nyo ng ganun na open pero close pala.

wala daw tao sa bahay kaya d ndeliver yung padala, fyi may tao sa bahay, and besides anong gamit ng contact number na knukuha nio.. yun dpt unahin gawin ang tumawag!!! bago sbhin walang tao sa bahay!!!! and now ssbhn 2-3 days bago madeliver ulit???? pakiaayos ng serbisyo nio!!! make sure ggmitin nio ang contact number na knukuha nio!
