LBC - Hari ng Padala (Paranaque City, Metro Manila - A. Santos San Dionisio)

I called LBC Lancaster Alapan branch and asked if I can give written authorization for my husband to claim my refund/cash from Lazada via LBC because I am currently confined in the hospital. The guy from LBC Lancaster said it was ok and just present valid IDs, LOA and claim# to other LBC branch. My husband then went to LBC San Dionisio Paranaque to claim my refund. He informed the male staff that Im currently confined in the hospital so I gave him the LOA. The male staff asked my husband to fill in the form them he went on break. Husband waited for an hour and the lady staff didnt even bother to attend to him. When my husband made a follow up, sinabihan sya ng girl na di pwede sya ang mag claim ng refund ko. Wala daw inendorse yung guy na kasama nya sa kanya.So nagalit ang asawa ko coz he waited for an hour or so tapos ganun lang sinabi sa kanya...na sorry hindi po pwede kahit sinabi na ng hubby ko na naka confine ako at inadvise kami ng LBC lancaster na pwedee claim ang money basta.mat LOA, valid ids at ref# ng claim. Such inconsiderate people sa LBC San Dionisio branch. Heartless bastards and bitch
