LBC - Hari ng Padala (Roxas City, Capiz - Gaisano Roxas)

Sent documents to the UK ( before pandemic ), they came up with the following excuses for being unable to deliver
Fake address - It was not as local gov and international companies operated from there
No such building - sent nice photo of building clearly showing the building and number
No one there to sign for document - building has 24 hour service for document receiving.
Eventually ( 10 days later ) they gave it to DHL to deliver for them, 7 hours later it was delivered.

This is no courier company just a money grabbing entity.

I call up many I roxas city delivery office but no one answer
Are they sleep?

I would like to ask about my order in lazada. when will i receive my item? i tried reaching out to your people ‘cause i had to resched the delivery but i haven’t received any answer. kung di niyo po maideliver, pwde po bang kunin q nalang sa branch nio. please tell me where? tracking number ********. importante po kasi un. thank u.
